Love your vids and buying a muse! And btw the salads and chicken are not as healthy as we been told. Try carnivore for 60 days and see your life change!

Hi Doctor Leigh! I noticed that when using the band, eyelids closed, if I roll my eyes up and I try keeping them up they move rapidly (think Neo or Trinity from the Matrix downloading a program, seriously), what happens is I get lots of chirping birds and thus my meditation is mostly on the calm side. I'm no stranger to meditation, so 20 minutes for me is an easy task...I just did what I mentioned above and got 177 birds, 3,335 muse points, 1 recovery with 17:48 in a calm mode.
I hope this is a valid question and you may be interested in it and perhaps trying it: Is this a hack that I discovered or does the rapid movement in my eyes actually makes me place my attention in one thing and thus I go from beta to alpha and even theta that fast?
I had used my band about a year ago and just as you mentioned after seeing your video, I decided to go back to use it and do my work from within too.
Thank you for all that you do. Love your work!
I hope my comment interests you as I am very intrigued about this.

Currently looking at and for gadgets and different productivity and health and Brain training devices to Use on a Daily basis… and remember you spoke about this meditation headband. Which was the muse headband. I consider getting the Gen 2 premium New one. Which is the most expensive one. Do you reccomend it? And could you also leave a link to your brain training program under this comment Thank you.

I believe I have gotten a few plateau results due to breaks in my internet connection. Does this make sense? Thank you, Dr. Trish, for this video, as well as all the others!

Hi there, I wanted to ask if you only have to use this while meditating, I’m asking because I think you said you were talking with your husband and you got a really good score… so are you supposed to use this while meditating or while doing regular things?
