@@128KBI had joycon drift 20 minutes after getting my switch on 2017 release night midnight playing breath the wild right out the box.. have never before or since experienced drift ever on any controller... oh and my binbox ultra arrived today thanks for the review the forced gyro aim assist that you kinda didn't understand in your review. is amazing, it's not a gyro for a gyro it's a forced gyro were gyro isn't supported in game. I turned off my switch games gyro and replaced it with the forced gyro and its every bit as good sometimes better... thise extra triggers are clicky as hell and amazing the bumpers are the best I ever used, but I'm not fan of the analog triggers, even in digital mode the travel to engage is to long. Oh the rumble is amazing to strong but thudding not bussing. Thanks for tne heads up on that one.

I bought this on Aliexpress for 6 dollars plus 12 dollars with taxes, with discounts. I have PS5, Xbox One S and Steam Deck, it's a good controller, I'm in shock. 10/10

But some research and downgrading to firmware 4200 solved the problem. Now I'm getting used to the layout, since I've always used the DS4 layout on 8bitdo's.
i got this on sale for 12.5$ on aliexpress but my LB button isnt working 😞 (rare case), whats more special is it supports the switch, many more expensive controllers dont if you find it on sale id say go for it, if not there are better models

The controller is fine, and I really like the thumbstick technology. But the connection is awful. Yes, you can connect with multiple devices, but good luck with the headache of having to reconnect every time

Iv been using pro Nintendo controller on pc since 2017 and now my binbok ultra and soon the nova as my Nintendo pro is old now but works perfectly.. switch pro layout is perfect whatever platform you use.. and gyro is king no matter were you use it no gyro no play been my rule since 2006
They’re not bad at all. I bought two GameSir Nova Lites, & I can tell you that these controllers can go toe-to-toe with the best from Microsoft & Sony quality-wise.

@@askeladden450 people who play on console -_- also people who play on games with good aim assist. you sound kinda bad lol. controllers have the benefit of having instant access to the buttons especially if you have a scuf. its inconvenient to reach for the C key or CTRL key to crouch or prone on keyboard or use the mouse wheel to select the weapon you want - those seconds you lose will get you killed

Fail. and a gaming laptop both cost over $3000. i can aim on both mouse and controller. you are just an unskilled FPS player XD. did bro really just call arma a proper FPS title? double fail. dont reply again. come back when you learn to aim. and yes it is inconvenient to reach for the C key because you have to rotate your left hand which impairs your ability to reach for other keys like E T F G and number keys. on a controller you never have that issue your fingers are already touching everything. learn to aim. all pros use controllers. but you can keep crying and blaming the controller for your lack of skill 😢
Nova Lite doesn't have Gyro, the normal Nova has it.
You're absolutely right, I got confused there thinking of the Nova!
There is a firmware update out for this on the gamesir app, it messes up bluetooth detection for some reason
You might have to use version 4200. I had to do that to connect to the dongle with my Steam Deck dock.

idk which one you bought, but the new 8bitdo ultimate controller has hall effect joysticks as well

Just use your phone cable type c for Xbox controller on PC. For Wireless use the 2.4hz dongle or Bluetooth on phones.

Battery lasts about 10 hours
it does not have accurate sticks for FPS games. never buy any controller besides PS or Xbox controllers - dont be a cheapskate or you will regret it
