I think you’re just under watering and keeping in dense soil. It suffocates them. So either add more perlite or switch to something like Molly mix airoid mix
Beautiful plants! Snake plants do need lots of light to grow and watering more often. They are succulent like.They can stand less light but it will stunt the growth and less water needed. Hope that helps❤

Thank for the info, I'm considering replacing it. I've just fallen out of love with Snake Plants lately.
Put the snake plant by the window it will grow better, mine are in the windows and they grow big.
