How are you not on Essence's or Catrice's PR lists?! You're doing a lot for these brands!
They only work with German influencers. And I wouldn't want to: their PR is the same for everyone and it is only a selection of products in shades that don't work for me.

Love your videos and how in detail you present us the products! This new Essence line is amazing, I got the Pink pop blush crush. You look wonderful in green and this makeup is amazing on you, green eyeshadow and llip liner are wow! Ps love the backgorund, so calming

I like those wand blushes and highlighters, I'm definitely picking them up. Personally I don't care about packaging as long as I don't have to give almost 40 Euros for Charlotte Tilbury, too expensive for me. I feel like Essence totally outshined Catrice with this drop, usually I'm more excited for Catrice update, but this time I'm all for Essence :)

Hi Maaike, I love love love how this look turned out and it suits you so well! Green and orange look good on you and has a nice spring vibe. I'm with you on Essence updates seeming more exciting than Catrice's. As for that primer, they used to have a gripping primer before, but the colour of it was some pinkish colour... it was maybe a year or two years ago. I personally didn't like that one and you really had to wait quite some time before putting foundation. I'm interested in quite a few products from this update, I'm definitely going to pick up some of those new lipsticks!

I saw that one too but the fix & last range wasn't great for my dry skin. So I passed up on it.
I do like the Cranberry lip oil. I believe it is an older product as I finished mine a year ago.
I bought the Skin tint almost a week ago,not bad for a 4 euro!!! My only question is what it's gonna do in warmer weather (i have a t-zone) and it can be a bit drying - I'm using it with the Primer with niacinamide from Catrice(LOVE this thing I'm on my second tube it doesn't break me out)

Fun fact. The blushes have removable pans. You can remove the yellow rim and the blush pan falls out and they are magnetic.

The skin tint got very good Reviews from german youtubers. I wear it today for the first time on my over 50 skin and it looks very smooth and evens out my skintone very well. So does the liquid blush.
The blush has no nasty ingredients.
The skin tint seems to be really good. Will.have to test it out more though to really tell how it wears.
Hi Maaike, love the dark green sweater on you! To me it looked like the liquid eyeshadow moved around a bit. Such a shame as it would make for a nice light wash of colour if one were into it.
That was user error. I applied too much on on eye and layered the purple shade on top.
I do the waterproof top layer on my lashes, too 😂

I have horrible short, pointing down and straight lashes. I loved the rare beauty mascara but it took a while to build up and it is quite expensive. I found a better alternative within essence line -
lash WITHOUT LIMITS EXTREME. Have it in black and brown and love them both. Actually will be heading to buy new once today. The effect on my lashes is amazing (even though for most mascaras it is a challenge to make my lashes to at least show up). I also have hooded eyes and usually mascaras leave marks just below my eyebrow. This one doesn’t (for the first 3 months). I do feel like the formula changes in 3 months and you have to repurchase it, however it is still much cheaper than buying a rare beauty mascara and the effect on my lashes is better.
Maybe this comment will be useful for someone who has similar lashes as I do, hooded eyes and oily eyelids 😊
P.S. I have tried the new call me queen mascara,but the wand is not working out for me. It makes my lashes on the outer part even shorter than they are 🙈
Lash Without Limits is a great mascara. I used up the brown one.
We need people with similar lashes and taste to us to try mascaras. I dislike majority of mascaras because they clump my lashes together like insect legs, weigh them down, make them look like plastic or don't even tint my whole lash. Mascaras that work for short lashes look terrible on long lashes 😐 and a lot of people seem to like thickly clumped together crooked lashes that look like 10 pounds of mascara on if I go buy a lot of vids I see😅
I would like to try an Essence eyeshadow. What would you recommend? I have light skin cool to neutral undertones. Only colour I don’t like to wear is blue. Thank you ❤. 😊
If they are still available to you: the six pans that have music related names are solid options. I also like the cool nude edition and the recent Cape Town palettes. Not sure if any of them are still available though.
Yesterday I saw one of their basic 9-shade pallettes discounted and I wonder if they're going to replace it with something new.
Perhaps next round. There were no new palettes listed for this one.
God that meta glow highlighter looks really pretty. I wish they had another shade because pink/purple is too cool toned for me
Also I can't find the eye tints easily in the UK, only two stores online have them and they're on clearance. None of the taupe shade left. Shame if they've already been discontinued
They are doing them here but the UK is usually behind and doesn't get the same products we do. Perhaps check again in a few weeks.
Hi Maaike, may I ask where you bought the entire collection? I'm looking for several products but as far as I know Kruidvat etc doesn't have them yet and Boozyshop only has some of them. Like the slim click lipsticks have 10 different colors but I think Boozyshop only has 6 of them online. Thank you so much! 🤗
I placed 4 orders: 1 on Kosmetik4less, 1 on Boozyshop and 2 on Notino. However things are still going out of stock quickly so if you can't find the full range it's because products have sold out or haven't been sent to retailers yet.

The eyeshadow looks like it creases...did it set down quickly?
I applied too thick a layer on one eye. The lighter patch is the purple tone I layered on top.
Is that balm a dupe for anything? Like the Too Faced pillow balm?
