HOW TO MAKE MUNG BEAN PUDDING WITH SWEET COCONUT MILK (AND CORN)

Ingredients needed:
- 1/2 bag of split mung beans
- 1 can of corn (optional)
- 3 asian spoons of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pandan extract (optional)
- 1 asian spoon of tapioca flour
- 1 cup water to mix with tapioca flour
Sweet coconut milk:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2-3/4 cup granulated OR brown sugar
