Can you add pho tai (dried seaweed) to this like Che Dau Xanh Pho Tai? And can you add tapioca stripes too? I want to make a combo but I only want to use mung bean. Would that be an okay combination?

I'm into authentic cuisine. you should have a cooking school where people can learn vietnamese cooking by enrolling in a 3 or 5 or 7 day course. they then get a certification from you at the end of the course. they have something like that in thailand. keep it up.
