Then he says to himself, maybe we should have a baby and that would bring us together. He then creates a big machine to impregnate himself, takes hair and saliva of Brian (without him knowing) and injects his DNA in a temporary uterus placed in his body, thus becomes pregnant. 🤰🏻
They cut out the beginning of the episode where Stewie made a machine to extract Brain's DNA and then put it in him, which is what got him pregnant, and I really wish they hadn't
They also cut out the ending where they show the remaining puppies are adopted by Bruce and his partner, which would both confirm that the survived and given potential for some sort of vengeance based sequel (while most of the puppies are pretty messed up, they make it pretty clear that Finn has at least human intelligence (if not potentially an IQ equal to Stewie's) so HE is perfectly capable of plotting something).
