- Here is the record lap of the 992 gt3 rs drove by Jorg Bergmeister on the nurburgring
6.44.856min is the record car for a naturally aspirated car on this track, beating of 0,143 the record lap of the 770HP lamborghini aventador SVJ ...
Jorg Bergmeister was involved on this project from the beginning and he know perfectly well the 992 GT3 RS, he also had an intense training program into the 992 GT3 CUP race car (Nurburgring trophy spec) during nurburgring nls racing, where i meet him quiet few time this year
This allowed to Jorge of getting more confortable into the street legal version of the 992 gt3 cup car, so with this experience the lap you can see here is almost perfect and even Kevin Estre would have not been capable to do better because the experience of Jorge into the 992 rs platform was higher
The speed in few corner is absolutely insane and similar to the 992 gt3 cup trophy endurance spec, really awesome
So it’s 3 seconds faster than the non MR GT2 RS of the last generation?
Yes
@@sebastianvittel74 extraordinary
@@sebastianvittel74 WOW! I didn't think it could be this good. Congrats on good piloting.
@Napalm Hotdog 2.402 sec exactly ....6:47.250 was the time one the 20.600 Track length version back in 2017 with the standard 991 GT2 RS _(non MR)_ .
Some new gt3 rs "MR" coul be insane, right?
The speeds in the corners and how many corners he takes flat is INSANE.
I love how the overlay shows what the drs is doing. So cool seeing that.
Fantastic drive and huge respect for the guy driving, bucket loads of talent and huge balls of steel.
haha the reaction at the end, he really gave it his all.
Nice video
Love these Real onboard camera view of Real Cars on Real Famous Circuit! Thank You So Much for the Experience & for sharing! 🌷🌿🌍💖🕊🇩🇪
Also, I blame that HUGE bug for taking off at LEAST 5 seconds of time! :D
Biggest bug splatter I’ve ever seen
I just noticed that little red wing graphic at the front and rear of the car graphic (active aero). Very cool to see how it changes on various parts of the circuit. Shows how aero and downforce makes a big difference on the track.
Incredibly good if you think about how much hp this Beast has!
Freue mich auf den Porsche super cup 2023..super Runde auf den Nürburgring ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dam! Bugs are huuuuge! What was that at 3:30?
That was huge!
my fucking god the cornering speed is insane . how the hell... looks like a video game
I'm hypnotized by the speed
What a car !
Brilliant.
244 km/h in der Schwedenkreuz links 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻🤩
INCREDIBLE ! It's 30km/h more than the GT2 RS MR 😱 Even though the track has been rebuild at this place...
I would be a little be more sceptical if Estre would be slower. Estre did with 992 gt3MR 6,55 and with 991.2 gt3MR 6:49,656.....food for thought but i thing we can see lower lap time
Are the front dive planes active as well?
Yes, you can see it on the infographic
How close do you think you could get the plaid to that time given optimal conditions?
🤣🤣 impossible, that will be the job of the roadster 🙂
@@sebastianvittel74 yeah kinda looks that way from here too, that GT3 is scary fast around that track.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
C'est un fou furieux.😲
A line in the center of that track would be perfect for me
Very impressive 🤤 but there is more in the car. A bit longer 3rd gear would make a massive difference
👍👍👍
Savage lap 😮
Impressive!
Nurburgring ♥️
When DRS is on the difference in speed increase is high!
Madman 👀👍
Top
I'd like to see how Fast he can Lap the I.O.M TT Circuit 🤔
Okay, that's enough of that
Is this an computer simulation?
I want to see the time without using DRS
3:27 Splat 🦟 💀
My ego tells me, that i can do that in my rusted 2000 WRX
So planted.
Is this a CUP CAR ?
so all they have to do is put this aero on new GT2RS lol
They haven’t said that they’re actually going to make a 2Rs for this gen
@@napalmhotdog4365 it always skips a generation. At earliest 992.2. 2026-7
Reckon I could do it faster in my FN2 civic which is also naturally aspirated
that big wing.........not subtle
Should be doing 360 km/ h down the last strait. Wasting time.
