Doctor, it’s been 3 months since HT. I am applying minoxidil since 10-12 days post HT. I am seeing a little bit more hair fall starting the 2.5-3 month mark. When I apply minoxidil I see more hairs on my fingers which are not lengthy but are small. So basically I had hair shedding (which is normal after HT in the 3-5 weeks post HT) and this recent increase in hair fall is in the 2.5-3 month period. What is this reason for hair fall? Could this be minoxidil actually working ? Is there anything to worry???? Also I haven’t seen any new hairs yet , is 3 months a short time ? When does transplanted hair start to grow ?
Most probably will be shedding Transplant hairs...results normally start appearing by 4th month...follow what ur doctor explained to you...will be good only 😊👍
