This is true. His tone is killer and he is an absolutely incredible player and writer. While their fans and even the critics know how good they are, it sucks that they were never fully embraced by the public. These guys should be multi, multi-millionaires.
I love it when i see bands really connect with their fans. This just shows how much love the fans have for them, and how much love the band has for their fans.
The most criminaly underrated band ever.......legends. First saw them in London way back in 1989!!!.......its still the best gig I ever saw....and trust me I've seen plenty.
Its weird to me to see them so old now, as they were so young and new in my teen years. But I am very happy just to see them playing again. Who cares about age, talent never grows old. And they still sound as great as ever!
I've been lucky enough to see this band 5 times, met them in person in KY! Huge arenas, small clubs, up close and personal, nev er failed to deliv er! Front row in Oh! I'll keep going as long as they do!
I was at this show! Sold out, I had standing room only tickets and loved it! Love these guys so much! If you're new to King's X, they are NOT pop (couple listens and you're already tired of the song). I find multiple listens to a song only builds the experience. Goldilox (2nd song here from their first album OUT OF THE SILENT PLANET) was so cool. Dug hardly sang it, the whole crowd sang the whole thing! Spiritual experience.
It is crazy that Doug is is 72 or 73 years old.. While it is insane that he looks so good for his age...It is also kind of scary. I don't have to say why.
That crowd........geesh, a little cooperation guys. That one guy, the only one, lol, with the mask on sitting crossed armed looks bored. i am looking forward to their show at Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville on July 18th.
When you're a vocalist on tour, you have to be really careful to sing within your limits. Vocal coaches will often say that you should give it a solid 80% every night. If you give it 100% every night, your voice will be gone after a few shows. Dug is a pro, and he knows his limits. They are naturally increasing as he gets older, so that's what you're seeing here.
Well the have a great fan base…but the vocal…which I fell in love with them for are just not there….I did monitors for them 20 years ago….that was amazing…
Ty Tabor’s live guitar sound is just unreal 😳😳🤘🤘🤘

Love to see Ty, and Jerry Cantrell jam 😁
Pretty sure he’s playing a solid state Orange CR120 here. Crazy
Amazing Guitarist 🎸
@@Lennoxandjon It's the Super Crush
Fucking LEGENDS... To those of us that have been there from the Early days !!!!! ( It's too bad more people STILL Don't know About them)
Totally get that. Its a thing with us hard rockers. And so, how do you define a band like this? You almost can't. Just enjoy it. Damn.
I love it when i see bands really connect with their fans. This just shows how much love the fans have for them, and how much love the band has for their fans.

Pretty amazing since Dug is 70
Doug Pinnick is still out there kicking it at 72.
Its weird to me to see them so old now, as they were so young and new in my teen years. But I am very happy just to see them playing again. Who cares about age, talent never grows old. And they still sound as great as ever!
Still brings a tear to my eye
New Orleans/ May 2024/fucking rocked!!! My first.time ...I'll never be the same!
What a beautiful moment! Thank you so much for capturing it. Absolutely shows the love the fans have for them and their music.
Goosebumps on Goldilox!
So jealous of you guys as we were due to see them in Scotland in the autumn. Prayers for a swift recovery Ty.
Well said! Get well soon Ty…🙏🏼

dUg is the man. Ty is a Beast. But just focus on Jerry's Drumming.

Best UA-cam video of 2022🤘🤘
What a better tribute to a band. Singing all the words. Priceless
Pure magic. Love these guys.
Saw them in Nashville on Sunday. Amazing performance and hope to see them again soon.

1) I really need to see them. 2) I want to hear them sing Goldilox.
They sound amazing.
Very underrated Band.........Love Kings X
Li amo dal 1988
Glad Ty is back to strats. The stratocaster is the KingsX sound.
Get well soon, Ty 💪
so good, the middle of Dogman. brilliant stuff
Cool! Thank you for upload
Execellent utterly excellent 👏👏👏👏
Thanks for putting this up. I’ve gone to this venue for the last three years to see them (pre COVID) and unfortunately had to miss this show.
Hell yes
Pure magic
LOVE.
Thanks for posting, so bummed I spaced on this show.
💪
Wow, Epic 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Great band. Always loved Jamming DOGMAN! Doug's new project with Mike and Gary MPH is going to be a damn good project as well!

“Give me a vape pen” LOL
Wow!
A few of the fans in this audience are giving me douchechills. "You ever get those cigarettes?" ugh. 😅
Thanks for sharing.
I love Goldilox, but for once I wish they would sing it live. I know it's become an audience participation staple in their set, but... just for once.
That crowd........geesh, a little cooperation guys. That one guy, the only one, lol, with the mask on sitting crossed armed looks bored. i am looking forward to their show at Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville on July 18th.
That's the back of my head next to the blonde that you see taking pictures with a real camera!
And all God's children sang... PK
Pinnick is soul.
Yeah!! \m/ \m/
I would have loved to be there! In my opinion it seems like Doug is struggling a little with his vocals.
Not surprising - he is 71 after all :) they are still putting some good music out into the universe even if his upper range isn't what it used to be.
@@jmillh01 And he is chewing gum while singing... I don't know anything about singing, but that cannot be helpful :)

weird to see people sitting at a kings-x show. best band on the planet!
any chance to tour Sydney, Australia? Please?🥰
How the heck are people sitting down? I am standing thru the whole show
Anybody gay a set list?
dug has two long arms
Why is Everyone Sitting????
srsly
because the venue is filled with seats.
I love this band, but I'd be pissed if I paid to hear myself sing and not Doug and Ty. And on one of my favourite tracks.
They do this all the time. It's a memory maker... Singin' with your favorite band. Try it sometime. It's a religious experience. :)
chewing gum, playing and singing, ho-hum...
Well the have a great fan base…but the vocal…which I fell in love with them for are just not there….I did monitors for them 20 years ago….that was amazing…
20 years ago when dUg was 50 years old
Dug´s voice is definitely not what it used to be, but I think he still sounds great, like an old bluesman o/
