- Hi guys! Today I wanted to give you a no BS 1 year ownership review of my 2020 Tesla Model 3 Performance. I've had a variety of cars, from a Ford Raptor, to a Bentley GT to a Mercedes E63s. Hopefully this review will give you a look into the eyes of the ownership experience with a Model 3 coming from higher end car brands. Enjoy!

Nice comments and informative review, currently I have the vw Passat gte, the model 3p will be my next car, I like the black and white combo it does look nice, a nightmare to keep clean as are all dark colors but look fantastic when they are polished.

The UA-cam Algorithm SHOULD have popped yours up as the first video when I started doing research on the 3 Performance. I am now even more excited and feel 100% confident that, for me, trading in my Audi etron with its irks and quirks is what I want. I get my 21 3 Perf this week and counting down the days! Since I'm typing let me ask you a question.
I heard a rumor that if you swap out the tires and / or rims of your Tesla for new ones they won't fix the new tires/ rims ??? Is this true.

Great and informative video, picking up my Model 3 Performance next week. The low maintenance and charge costs of this car make it affordable for me. I’m 19 paying for it myself.

@@marshallhughes4514 it’s great all I’ve done is the cabin air filter and windshield washer fluid for maintenance. It’s wrapped and I have a bunch of carbon on it. I found a place close to my house to charge for free too.

I heard that the 0-60 mph acceleration isn’t as fast as the advertised 3.1 sec when the battery level isn’t near 100%. What has been your experience? (This is of great interest to me, since the faster acceleration is the biggest reason why the Performance is priced $8000 more than the Long Range AWD!)
Great question! From the testing I’ve done, as long as you’re over 80% battery and the battery is warmed up, it’s a pretty consistent 3.0 - 3.2 seconds. Dragtimes (on UA-cam) has some 2.9 second runs. Otherwise it’s a consistent 3.2 - 3.3 second 0-60 which is definitely quick, especially considering the price point. I also like the rims, spoiler and red brakes. The brakes are also upgraded Brembos on the performance :)
