I need help getting a home.
Love the house, what's the name of this song if anyone know. I love it.
Cool
Hello would you be able to send me a copy of the blueprint ?
In Boston for $700k you get a rundown house in the hood, with extra features such as flying bullets, free music from your neighbors professional sound system, and complimentary wake-up alarms every fifteen minutes from your friendly local police department.
Dang!
🤣🤣🤣
One thing I will say that I love is how the builder added the long skinny windows in the bathrooms and closets so they’re not void of light. Nice extra detail 👍
For 700k when when I look out my window all I want see is land not
neighbors
Then move out the city. North Texas is 13 counties. Have fun
@@AnthonyFelixCano still is a .5-1 acre lot too much to ask for at that price
EXACTLY!!!
@@tunjitube17 hell yeah it is. I know these prices will fly in parts of Irving, Plano, and Frisco so i wouldnt buy a house in those areas. Id much rather buy a piece of land and build my dream ranch just south of DFW like in Mansfield or Midlothian. Cheaper prices than going north like by Prosper/Celina North Texas is huge but there are highways everywhere. Traffic just sucks
@@tunjitube17 It's not, but these days they no longer build neighborhoods with 1/2 acre lots.
For 700k doesn't look like much quality was put into it. The design features are there, just to plain. Doesn't have that "WOW" factor & Uniqueness. No pool?
Pools don't typically come with a new build, unless the homeowner contracts a pool builder on the side.
This is becoming to common in north dallas where new homes are highly priced, stacked too close together with no yard for the high prices..
That's where i was thinking the area is.
That's Exactly what I see.
Seems like that’s happening everywhere. Just wanna stack us up together with no land and charge you 💰 of dollars.
in shitland california a house like this would cost 1.2 million dollars with no yard either.
Yep I can barely pull out of my driveway because of the new construction next door. They have no grass in the front really and no back yard .
It's a beautiful house. So much spaces!! These mansions are more nicer than some of the million dollar in Vegas.
Vegas is becoming very expensive. If You could get something like this in Texas or Florida take it
Questionable quality and seems lacking in terms of privacy.. might be 700k due to location
It has to be because of that
Dallas also has really inflated home prices
@@myhanhle9342 Dallas inflated home prices?? You should try California!! 😳😳🤦♀️ this house would cost around 2 million in California. SMH
I notice low end material the builder put into the house. For the price and style.
Yeah the house should have concrete block walls, not plaster. And Nooo carpet 🤢🤮 i haven’t yet seen a pool. The floors should definitely be extra large marble or something more reasonable. And to top it off the bedrooms look small. Not a fan of the cabinets either. There’s not even a pool. The neighbors are too close and the house is plain
I don't like the entrance 😕
@@user9o777laont it's actually nice tho, like... A lot of people that watch house tours expect the houses to be 5mil quality with fully furnished rooms and bedrooms. This is what a house for this low should look like. Nothing more nothing less.
@@fucklovegetbitches.9783 I’d buy it! & I like carpet
@@xoangelicaf0523I like everything everything really, I don't see why people don't like it it's really nice.
I feel like the Master bedroom should have been upstairs with balcony access.
Frrrr, for damn near a million I expect to have a private view
@@tbhfm2691 my home has that and it’s 750k
Agree! I tell myself when I build mine Master bedroom will be upstairs with a balcony and Jacuzzi
In texas, master bedrooms are usually on the first floor
With enough space to put a seating area and a coffee table!!
Crawl backwards on the floor into a room, then slowly turn around to have people guess where you are in the house so they have no true idea of the layout. Best possible way to show a downstairs guest bathroom. Genius. Pure genius.
Interesting floorplan, but I felt there was a lot of wasted space. The owners suite was way too small. Some space could've been taken from the owners bathroom to make up for it. Also, there's no real yard. Too bad.
How do you get into the master tub
I just love that kitch is to die for it's beautiful
This is an exquisite house and an astonishing floor plan.
Thank you Bella for watching and commenting. I love reading all your comments. My older videos are so shaky and awful, so I apologize for that. I'm continually improving the shots. ❤😋
Beautiful home they are just so close together for me.
just by hearing the background music, I am already fully aware that my stimulus check wont cover this.
😁😁😁
Three minutes into the video and I'm loving this new design in the home I love the new angles its all open and the layout of the floor plan is SO unique. Beautiful home who is the builder?
Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching
Nice home inside, everything is perfect. I just need a little more space from the neighbors, 3-garage, and a bigger yard with a covered patio and enough room for a pool.
Miss me with the carpet!! Steep for 700k and I have neighbors 5 feet away from me!!
I noticed soon as you walk in the front door, that light hanging from the CEO, looks like the Coronavirus.
Wow.. I really do love the layout of that home. I even like the fixtures. There are a lot of circular elements, but this is a very, very cool home. One I would be happy to live in.
Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching ❤
Great job, what a unique floor plan! Who is the builder?
Yes it is a really unique floor plan. It was custom built by the Exodus Capital group locally in north Texas. Thanks for watching! Have a wonderful and bless Memorial Day weekend! ❤️❤️
@@DallasHomesForSale who is the architect?? Is this floor plan available?
What about back yard space for kids and dog.
How much electricity bill? Does this house has electricity abc water?
700K....Neighbors are in whispers reach, no privacy, no pool, barely any yard, tons of wasted and odd space inside, cheap cabinetry, basic balcony railings, apartment sized kitchen and the guest bedroom on the first floor is fine BUT the bathroom isn’t an en-suite!?!? The guests have to come out of the privacy of their room and go into the bathroom.....all of which is by a front living room space?!?! Huh?!?! At least make the bathroom an en-suite and also accessible from the hallway! Who in the world came up with this floor plan? Enough said. 🤦🏾♀️🙄
Sadly everything is builder grade unless you pay for the upgrades.
Love the exterior, hope market cools down sometime this year and we still get this kind of house for $700K
Didn't mention size of lot and property taxes?? Also a lot of windows for an area in tornado alley.
Hi what would be the cost for the blueprint for this house?
Hi,
I love the music used for this video! What's the name of the song?
What’s the music in the background? I like it.
700k in Riverside Ca, would get you a 2500 sq ft home with a huge yard and a pool easy., and your only 45 minutes from the beach, mountains and metro areas.
What about 1.5 million dollars?
No it won’t lol.
That lil master broke the deal
Love your listing and awesome videos as always👍❤️👍 The houses are so close together ☹️
700K in Tarrant Co will get you more. And I'm in Keller, which is near the top end of Tarrant Co, but money goes a little further on this side of the Metroplex
$700,000???? OMG!! I would expect a lot more than that!!
Wherere are the washer and dryer? I may have missed them.
With a home like that me and my mom and kids and my sister's. And nephews can live happy
Beautiful. Currently in the market for a house under 500K did look at TX due to being able to get a bigger house but property taxes/electrical grid/latest weather disaster made me look in FL.
How’s the Florida search going?
Definitely my next home! ❤️
JUST GORGEOUS !
It really depends on what area of Dallas. The prices really fluctuate depending on the neighborhood
The work and time put into these houses 🏘️ people should be able to live in them
Beautiful home 😍
Thank you! 😊
My dream house!
At first, when I saw the modern fireplaces I was like "bleck!" but when I saw that you can put a TV above them at normal height I was almost convinced this was the best way to do it.
Wow, For $700,000, I know y'all lying... 😂😂
Bro I’m in Chicago and my house is the same price and it’s half the size
Cheap materials were used ive seen smaller houses sell for way more just for adding decorative trim on walls this house is overpriced its blank
It would cost a butt load of money to cool that house down in Texas.
Damn the only thing that would make this house like 💯 is having a small laundry area upstairs. But that’s such a mom thing to think about haha otherwise gorgeous. Props to the videographer.
Beautiful 💜
Thank you! Cheers!
Truly love this home, but don't think my VA loan would cover it. Wow and Shoot
Where is this built ?? Frisco ?? Exact location please
This is in McKinney
Where is the yard ?
Its perfect and beautiful! Wish I had good credit and enough money to build a home like that. 👨👩👧👦
I have to admit, for $700k this house is a great deal. would love to live here! something like this out in CA would probably cost $4 or $5 mil.
I live in north cal bay area and I bought a house like that for $400k.. $300k down back in 2000....
I shake my head when I look at some of these housing prices today..
Iam much interested if still available
where driveway and garage ???
Garage door - not properly sealed on the top. You can see sunlight coming through.
Well and good, would suite me just fine.
How do prices in Austin compare to Dallas? I've been looking at houses in Austin and I feel like 700k would get a lot nicer house in Austin.
WOW WOW WOW...does that say it allot what? Thanks so much for sharing
I'm glad you liked it ❤. I don't understand your question. Sorry. What are you trying to ask?
Its seems like the Dallas fort worth area is rushing the home building to capitalize on property taxes.
7 million in California 🥺
885.0 ELopez.......noooo 2 mill. There r homes that r better built this size n Yorba Linda an other areas for 2
It depends on the area in CA. Some cities it would be the same price. It's a big house but I'm underwhelmed TBH.
It's a nice home, but is that a fireplace on the lower wall in the living room. If so it's in the wrong spot too me .
WHERE IS THIS HOUSE WHAT IS THE ADDRESS
Where is that WoW factor? I reside in the DFW area with this concept at a much lower price. Since it’s in the settlement area it explains you’re paying for its location.
Coming from someone living in Houston, the "golden" era to buy great Texas houses has passed. Nowadays houses aren't being built with good quality. Nowadays it's seems like Texas houses are being mass built with a much lower quality due to the influx of people moving in, but at much higher rates, it's actually kind of sad. Texas used to build such beautiful houses but it seems if you want to get that, they come at a heftier price tag now.
Beautiful home wow I didn't realize how cheap Dallas tx is. Midland tx very expensive house like that in midland cost about 1million or little more
My place 700k can get only ¼ of the house 😣
All this and u still have to share a park where the backyard
Which community is this house located in?
Hi Katrina. This property is located in the Settlement At Craig Ranch community in Mckinney and Frisco ISD. Thank you for watching and commenting. Have a great evening!
Maybe off of Forest Lane
While in Burbank Ca 990k gets u 2bed 1 bath
First thing that came to mind while watching this is the scripture that says, "For what profits a man if he gains the whole world but loses his own soul"..
This statement confused me not sure how u got that
Wow nice home for the price. I live in Southern California and this will be easily be 2 or 3 millions. $700k will get us a condo or a 40 year old run down house.
Yeah my parents have a mega mansion for 3 million here in San Antonio
Same here in New York :/
beautiful home, but way tooooooooooooooo much wasted space upstairs.. they should have made the bedroom upstairs with the balcony the master suite
I want this house :) I like
I love the exterior architecture, lots of room and natural lighting. Massive kitchen, long counters and plenty of leg room for chairs. I wasn't enthusiastic about the master suite it seemed a little too small, nice bathroom, lots of closet space and the additional rooms were well proportioned. No big wow factors in the home (theater room, wine cellar) overall the house is nice on the outside, too plain on the inside and way too close to the neighbors for 700k. This house would definitely have to be near the job with an easy commute to hold my interest. Nice home, too overpriced.
Yes I see what they was trying to do, umm but I totally agree. The Master bedroom should have been upstairs. For me that’s a dealbreaker!
Nice house, but the fixtures look cheap. Also, does anyone else hate that bathtub? It’ll definitely be inconvenient getting in and out of it. Master bedroom needs to be bigger too.
Nice
This type of house should be sitting on 2 acres minimum!
You can buy a 1960s fixer upper for 700K in San Jose.
Thanks for the video.
Wow, I thought it is cheaper in Dallas than NJ, but with hot weather, no landscape, I wonder why bother to migrate. 700k for cookie cutter home? Just look at space between two houses, it is soulless disaster, looks like wedding hall, wonder how even zoning approved that.
The design is neat, but the quality of materials seems too cheap. I'm currently remodeling my 4 bed, 2 bath home that I bought in SW Texas for $52K. It also has a 4 car detached garage that has been grandfathered in with electricity. It sits on 3 acres too! 700K is pricy for where I live and can buy much more than this, but to people moving in from California, this must feel like pennies on the dollar.
What going on with the electricity?
@@ybgl7965 I don't know, mine works just fine and never went off with the storm. I was lucky.
why cant this be in ny?
A box with a turret and some other McMansion bits yay to
Noting that I live in an apartment in California, I would love for this to be my home. It’s not everything but it’s better than what I have now. Still grateful for a roof over my head.
Whats the address
You can actually buy a home this size in Dallas on a fair amount of property in a nice part of town that wasn't built by a mobile home company.
🤣🤣🤣
I love the houses they are beautiful but for that much money I'm not living close to nobody. I would like to see some beautiful houses sitting on a lot by itself.
This is only 700k? There isn’t any more fees?
Yes, the asking price is $700K. Thanks for watching
That’s crazy here in Miami that house would be at least 1.5 million. How’s the area? Schools?
Property taxes
@@generaldapper9305 how much for a mega mansion there? My parents have one in Texas for 3 mil
$700k for a house that is literally within arms reach of your neighbor AND you can see dents in the door frame as soon as walking in...
Extremely weird 2nd floor layout.... No dedicated office, no media room and the only access to the balcony was through a guess bedroom. IDK about this one..finishes look really nice.
Beautiful home but too close to neighbors for that much money!
Are we not supposed to be quarantined, why are the houses built so close without huge gardens
No garden?
That looks like Coronavirus in the beginning lol
The space is nice for this house however the builder used cheap low end fixtures for a $700,000 home. That's crap anyone can get at Lowe's and Home Depot. So that would be a hard pass for. 🤔lol
HELLO Ms. REED
That's what I was saying, I was like you slick bastard, nice on the outside but cheapish looking on the inside..🤷🏽♀️
Dallas area is now in that real estate market bubble where everything is overly priced in terms of quality. Once the bubble bursts it will eventually settle down to what this house or others are truly worth.... similarly to CA , NV in 2008.
