I keep a copy of it in my car and listen to it regularly. Easily one of my favorite albums ever made, even all these years later it still hold up amazingly
I love Fun. So much.. I love Nate Ruess' voice.. IDK how to describe why I like them so much.. I guess cause they aren't like the music now. Their music has feeling.. and so much more than the junk they have today. The only way I can describe Fun. is they sound like an old band.. Idk. And I feel like I never heard Nate's voice the way it sounds before.. I just love hearing Fun. These songs are the songs you can listen to over and over again and not get tired of it.. Or that's how I am.

I certainly do, and agree with this comment considering the time it was posted. But if you still use UA-cam still I would like to know if you like modern music or not.

I didn't know fun. until We Are Young. Every time I click on another one of their songs I don't think it can be as good as the last one. But guess what? It is.
Not only is their music some of the best out there, but it's fun to listen to. I think the reason they're so good is because of how much they draw from the best of the 80's, which in my opinion, is the best music decade.
This album will live on forever as one of 2009's best. Some Nights was good (except for "we are young" being played too much) but this album blows it out of the water. If you didn't know who or what fun. was in 2009 or 2010, maybe even 2011, you were missing out.
I just saw them last night, and they where better than the record. Nate, Jack and Andrew's passion, and energy on stage is so infectious. If they ever come near you, I recommend that you get tickets because you will never regret it.

I'd never heard of them before Some Nights, but got both albums for christmas and now consider them my favourite band. See them live, saw the Show in Boston on Saturday it was amazing. Nate is a master performer (as are the other band members) the songs have nice variation too the show was beyond my wildest expectations, and the version of Barlights was godly...

Yea, it isn't very masculine. In fact, it could be considered pretty feminine because he could successfully sing VERY high notes. But his voice is angelic, no doubt about that.
It's like Queen, yeah, but it's also a little bit more. Not necessarily better but it's different and brings more to the musical table than just Queen-like music

Out of all the great songs they played when I saw them in concert, this one really stuck out to me.
