This is very convenient because I just bought one and it needed decorating. Is the game the most current and trending thing for me to make a video about? No. Is it something I had a golden, potentially once in a lifetime opportunity to make whilst decorating an actual house allowing me to make content whilst ALSO getting on with IRL stuff at the same time? Yes.
So enjoy this rather silly song about decorating. Not all evil businessman songs have to be about big fancy people in suits. Sometimes it's a shady independent trader with van...

Personally, I've found boxing the refrigerator upside the door works wonders as well. You just have to be careful not to whack the ruddy thing so hard you dent it, or it ends up being more work.

I love how Stupendium can go from suave business man to super sketchy looking handy man.
A comment I can't find atm from Stupendium himself indicated that he got into all this business hoping to land a job in acting. It didn't pan out that way, but instead, he took the passion he had and the skills he developed and brought them to UA-cam, where he found his calling in these music videos. So, given how he started out, it's maybe not so surprising that acting is something he has a talent and passion for, on top of his musical talents.
The original comment I sourced this from was a relatively short reply to another comment on his "No Waves Like Home Video", couldn't find it, but I thought I'd share.

Hm, a lot of the rooms shown actually have a pretty good paint job, 'specially the orange-and-grey one. Theory: Painting is the one thing the House Flipper is good at and has professional pride and passion for, which is why he's so disappointed that his customer prefers white colored walls.

I think that he’s fairly good at everything except for the most important part, actually installing anything or removing/replacing. He also has never used a single safety precaution and just uses the most overboard option ever

I picture the backstory for this character being like an art major who's Dad was a handyman. He genuinely does know his stuff, and has an eye for aesthetics, but most of his work comes from brutally boring white-on-white paint jobs, loose/rusty pipes, and demanding, stingy clients. Disillusioned with his work, he basically just doesn't give af for most of it, alternating between doing the bare minimum effort and actively scamming his clients just to get by. Yet deep down, all he really wants, is a truly fulfilling, challenging reno. Something to tie together his two great loves; art and home decor, so that just one time, he can feel like he hasn't wasted his time. You could write a book about this stuff, honestly lol

I've been relistening to all of Stupes' older songs and he certainly saw that little room for improvment and nailed it. Compare this song to the ones he was releasing two years ago and the improvement in music quality is phenomenal. He's mastered his art so much that even when making a song about his rennovations, it's brilliant.

I'm still amused that this song was posted two days after we had just moved into our new house. Everything happening in this song relates so much to the 10 months we endured while building this house, (For example; I was very picky about what colors I wanted the walls, the contractor was about to go insane just trying to get the structure approved by the city, most of the appliances and what not we ordered from overseas were on back order, etc.). So now, my son listens to this song as a favorite of his and I am instantly reminded of those ten months, lol. Nonetheless, I really like this song.
@N Fels Lol I'm fully aware that the contractor was the problem, but my husband sides with his dad that everything's fine. This place was so lazily put together all because we didn't couldn't pay more on it than we already were. I'll be lucky if this house won't be the death of me. +shrugs+ And it certainly is NOT worth the price they charged, but there's nothing I can do about it.

correction brutalism is just the architecture design that represents functionality i thought of neo brutalism which has the same concept but with a modern twist and is found in web design
You know Stupes, it still amazes me how you’re able to raise the standards for yourself every time you make a new video. And I must say that using what I can only assume to be your new house as the set is ingenious. Par for the course, the song is yet another bop-the editing with the different colors was definitely my favorite bit, and the lyrics were even more sassy this time around (not to say that’s a bad thing, darling~).
