That said, he is still an ATP player and his drop shots, volleys, and dtl backhands are probably better than anybody’s who is reading this. It is not so easy as drilling the shots at that level. I mean, he has not edged over a certain line of top 1-3 player level, but lets not forget that he has been steady in the top 10 for years now (which is a hard thing to do) and continues to deliver. He is not at his best right now, but he is a steady player in general. He has not improved on his gamestyle much in the last two years, but i think when he finds himself at peace again and does focus on the narrow details of his game, he will be a menace to beat.

Rublev needs to be disciplined by tennis officials. His self harm on court is unpleasant and unprofessional.

Rublev was unable to adapt his playing style on grass courts. The results are like this.

He is is a very talented player but emotionally. He’s really struggling and this is unacceptable , especially at Wimbledon. He needs some professional help. This is a pattern of his and it’s not normal behavior. He’s very stressed. It’s just a game. It’s just a tennis ball. he needs some help. I hope his camp can get him to help that he deserves and needs and I hope he feels better soon because this all going pattern will wreck him and he will never come back and more importantly he needs to feel better for himself once he feels better he can start playing tennis if he wants to, but right now he’s not fit for tennis emotionally.

Rublev is a mental case. He's 26 and still acts like an angry 16-year-old. Never higher than 5th in the rankings, never better than quarterfinals at any of the four majors. He will forever be 'boy wonder' and never anything more than that.

But this guy got a violation discipline against him and people were defending him and the decision was overturned. That decision should NOT have been overturned. Perhaps by now, he will have taken steps to help manage his emotions. The thumbnail picture is really a bad look.

Wimbledon been running almost 150 years and still can't put together a proper highlights package. Time to show a bit of class and fork out for someone to do it properly - this is just embarrassing!

The guy is playing out of his skin. Just look at 2:30 point. Freaking corner for both shots. I bet he couldn't land that even in practice given a 100 chances. My prediction, he is out the next round.

The guy made me loose a bet for 500 pounds. I took all the other 18 matches I bet on. Betting on him was a huge mistake. He has strong mental problems, he should see a therapist.

It’s so stupid they won’t put up Rublev’s flag but they’d have no problem putting up an Israeli flag. That is, if Israel ever had any world class athletes lol

Rubleve doesn't know how to play the mental game ala Djokovic with his medical timeouts or even Lendl when he'd slow down the game when he saw the opponent was playing lights out.

Rublev needs to be calm. He is getting out of control. Someday he will be banned with that mindset.
Outside of tennis he is a very good guy.

Andrey Rublev's coaches are not doing a good job. Andrey has been struggling for a few years. They need to hire a mental coach.
