Yeah, the motor startes to run smoothly with minimal voltage. Obviously all coils have been replaced exactly where they should be. The commutator has a ticking noise a little bit too loud for my taste.
I wonder about the one armature coil that was simply cut and connected nowhere.

Wonderful job. It would be interesting to get an explanation on how you connect the engine for the testing, it seems that you start from mono-phases AC while the engine is a 3 phases…

First of all, I would like to congratulate you on a job well done. I myself worked for a while in a company that manufactured DC and AC motors for trains, elevators, and the generators for the Jet F104 Starfighter.
I am familiar with all the work processes and I admire that all the specialized work is done by just one person (with the exception of turning off the collector).
It's also amazing that with relatively (sorry for me as a German) tools such work can be done.
Two work steps that I know in engine construction, but which you don't do: The high-voltage test is missing and the engines are not balanced. I can understand that these processes are not so easy to do for your workshop. So I would be interested to know what solution you have for this problem.

You are right sir I do not have these two things so I make motors without these two things because balancing machine is very expensive which I can't afford to buy now but I am trying to save some money to buy the machine and thank you so much for your nice comment sir👍❤️💞❤️💞🙋🇧🇩

@@majedaelectricworkshop I wish you a lot of success and many orders for your family (family always comes first...btw. nice Kids) and successfully expand the business. I think your workshop may be soon has a balancer 😉. Again, I would like to expressly address the good work and I am pleased that there are such capable people in Bangladesh who can successfully repair complex electrical machines with simple stuff. I know, repairing is a hard bussines. I take my hat off :-)😀🙋‍♂
