Personality Test should be very proud day for you and you should be clean shaved to look like an officer otherwise you will seem like immature and non-serious candidate. Better to have fitted clothes with good quality of fabric and clean shaved with one side hairstyle. Hope it helps.

Sir ,mai bihar se Lohar community se belong karta hu Supre court ne toh is community ko OBC me daalne ko kah rhi h lekin mai jb caste certificate banane gaya tb ST community me bna toh mai agar kisi govt job ke liye form bharu toh kya tick karu ST or OBC ,please sir bataye

You can go...But keep it minimal...Properly trimmed...At 2-3 number on trimmer set.
