I'm my opinion he did better than Akshat Jain (CRE Rank 2, 2018). Junaid was asked more difficult questions as well as more instigating questions. He did very well handling both of them.
Akshat is much younger than him, this guy looks much older and already in IRS. In my opinion he was asked much easier questions and the panel was much humble in asking questions. As far as the religious questions are concerned they are not inconvenient at all the and the tone of the question for more in favor. His answers resonate of any general minority on the street. I agree his voice and flow of answers is much smoother.

Sales and marketing agents mostly found to be such pleasing personality, it's enough for selling products, but his lack of knowledge is quite ostensible from his lame answers, probably he managed to conceal it under the cover of smile, which in fact was a nervous smile of ignorance, and the interviewers fell into that cover up and trap.
When I m listing to this guy...he could become a doctor also the way he smiles half of the patients could get automatically healthier While treating to them. He is truly deserveable candidate for sure and very pleasant to see that he comes from muslim background.

I noticed that too. I think its unfair to that person. I don't know what happens in a real interview, but the previous mock interview that I saw of rank 2 was a well rounded one. They covered everything- his experience, education, background, gk, technical questions. Here they were stuck on "Islam, minority, muslim" one question after another.
I disagree, but even the 2nd topper Ankur Jain was asked questions based on his Religion. These questions are basically testing the balance of ones emotional side ( Religion is a part of it ) with the societal side. And how one manages with that. This must be there for everyone and not a muslim
No matter how many interviews someone sits in, this kind of confidence and tranquility is very very rare . UPSC is absolutely not for socially awkward personalities , that is confirmed. The interviewers are not hostile, but the probing questioning and counter questioning is terrorising for a person in his/her bubble. Mr Junaid is somebody who has mastered the art of diplomatic communication

Bro if listened properly then at 28:20 the board member mentioned "as you are the part of civil service servant previously " and he mentioned too that " he was in IRS Indian revenue services" that means he cleared upsc in the past now he was trying for upper rank " Please be unbiased with everyone The age curtains should be at least 28 And any graduation degree never takes more than five years that mean at the age of 25 every one will be graduate student so + 3 years of preparation is enough and UPSC is allowing aspirants from the age of 21 now u can calculate the entire story

i believe upsc and ibps are the only 2 exam conducting authorities which purely search for talent instead of money relegion etc. wish we had more of these authorities
@@noushinjahan4957 first you need to fill the entrance form which is available on the internet, on the official website of the university 'amucontrollerexams'. But I guess, the application time for the session 2020-21 is already over for all the courses. So, you may apply next year. After the application is submitted, you'll get the admit card for the entrance. And you need to keep yourself updated of the entrance dates provided by the university. After you're selected in the written, you go for interview, only if you're applying till 9th class and in post graduation courses. After interview selecrion, comes the counselling where you have to present your required documents. If everything goes well, you pay the fee and get your admission card as a proof. That's all. Hope this helped you. 😊

I noticed that too. I think its unfair to that person. I don't know what happens in a real interview, but the previous mock interview that I saw of rank 2 was a well rounded one. They covered everything- his experience, education, background, gk, technical questions. Here they were stuck on "Islam, minority, muslim" one question after another.

And any graduation degree never takes more than five years that mean at the age of 25 every one will be graduate student so + 3 years of preparation is enough and UPSC is allowing aspirants from the age of 21 now u can calculate the entire story
If 26 is his choice,he should not try to give CSE after his 26..Yes,he already cracked IRS but should not seek for IAS after his 26...He is still giving the exam..and,the concern is the limit for giving exam particularly..as 26 is his choice,if he didn't seek for IAS,some1 of under 27 might be there in the list in place of him as per his concern...he does't deserve his statement..Yes,UPSC is still allowing him giving the exam this time,but giving the exam or not after 26 is under his choice..Again,yes,it is opinion,but better to be reasonable to him first...

Majority of the questions revolved around Muslim religion . Why are they bombarding him with such questions as if they don't have any. One odd question would be fine. Hats off to Juniad who has tackled it well.
They may be trying to check if he can be instigated if such questions are posed.

Question:- Why do they assume that he will not serve the whole nation to begin with? They have to look by on his Muslim identity.
Answer: The interviewer is not assuming anything by asking the question. The interviewer's job is to understand the thought of the candidate by putting social, ecominc, welfare, development, policies, and other category-related questions? What candidate thought on those issues. Because If he got administration power how he will react on ignite issues in a short period of time and with limited information. How he will protect secularism and rule of the land. What's his/her thought on legacy issues and current situation issues. This is you making sense as per your thought.
Question:- Religion and political preference are always a private matter
Answers: They were not asking any questions on your religion. First, understand the question. Question on social harmony. What's his thought on ongoing issues. He studied in AMU and Jamia and questions related to the social issues on Jamia and AMU. Well, answer given by the candidate.
In a secular country like India, you should have thought beyond religion, caste, breed, and ready to accept the social questions. Enjoy your religion, caste, breed at home not in public or in UPSC interview.
Once you become a civil servant. Religion does not matter. Enjoy your faith at home and after retirement.

@@noushinjahan4957 first you need to fill the entrance form which is available on the internet, on the official website of the university 'amucontrollerexams'. But I guess, the application time for the session 2020-21 is already over for all the courses. So, you may apply next year.
After the application is submitted, you'll get the admit card for the entrance. And you need to keep yourself updated of the entrance dates provided by the university. After you're selected in the written, you go for interview, only if you're applying till 9th class and in post graduation courses. After interview selecrion, comes the counselling where you have to present your required documents. If everything goes well, you pay the fee and get your admission card as a proof. That's all.
