Prestige Estates is a big brand in Bangalore. They do everything good. Maintenance charges may be high. Could have shown some inside photos of one or two flats. Ready built option also there according to ones desire

I visited the flats yesterday. The lobbies of the blocke were stinking. Hygiene is a question. Backside garbage smell. I went with high hopes wanting a resale flat. Once you get into your house you will like your house. But when i walked around the property many places were stinking and lobbies were also stinking. Security team guards wash there hands in the plants near there blocks after eating.
Wish while recommending give pluses and minuses of any project. Let the buyers decide accordingly. Otherwise looks like a sponsored one by the Builder. Tks.

And since I deal with Prestige Bella Vista and a few other apartment projects in the vicinity, I thought I'd share this information with you a. The daily water requirement is around 1200KLD/day for PBV b. Prestige Bella Vista do get Metro water on daily basis and the frequency varies between 350-400KLD recently. Adding the 250-300KLD from the borewells will make PBV 50% self-sufficient, the rest they rely on the Tanker water suppliers C. Commissioning of the new borewells the total water yield is expected to increase around 400KLD. d. There was also a suggestion to start conservation of water using Aerators which will bring down the water wastage considerably and I am not sure, but I think they have started doing this already. With the new desalination plans in two places becoming close to ready by december 2020 and multiple new desalination plants proposed, the supply from Chennai Metrowater is bound to keep going up in the long term . I agree with every statement made in the video - all are facts and it still is a very good price to buy flats and enter even now. After 4-5 years prices shall be Much higher ! Did you find out from the residents? My friend was residing there. It was good when the builders maintained.after association took over,lot of problems.mainly,water quality.brackish water.seepages from the roof, basements.visitors vehicles not allowed inside.they have to walk all the way from the entrance. Thug behaviour of the securities and staff. Snakes in the garden....
Thanks for watching Swapna. I did speak to a few residents and there was some talk about water quality, but they attributed it to the vendor who brings in water on the trucks. Not heard anything about seepage etc. I was also told that while Prestige handled the maintainace it was very good , and currently it's not upto that standard, but certainly didn't hear any negative feedback. I've been going to PBV as a guest , and I've never had any trouble taking my car inside , but always had to park in the visitor parking near the maintainace office, and not in the residents parking . The snakes are shocking to hear! I will certainly look into that the next time I'm there.
Yes, visitors cars were allowed to park adjacent to the respective blocks.not any more. As they are buying water, during summer there was severe shortage.water was rationed.
