If we hear about someone successful, we think that it must be so easy. But we never/rarely see or hear about the 100 who failed.

Surprised the Rabbi did not mention Warren Buffet’s famous saying. “If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die.”
When I was in my last year of high school I was so interested in personal finance... I bought so many books and 1 of them was investing for dummies! It was a hard and fascinating read!

@40:00 I had the same experience. At one point last year I was up on swing trades on "green energy", Covid vaccines and other biotech, and mining stocks, over 100%, but it did not keep up! The old-fashioned way is much more sustainable! !

One thing that saved my investments many times is having contingency funds. It is so important to not go all in.
