Hello! Are the bottom 17 keys the same as the 17 key kalimba ?
I want to buy my first Kalimba but I'm already a classical guitarist and play some piano. I'm thinking of directly buying the 34 keys so i can play sharps. But would the usual 17 keys kalimba tabs work on it ?
Good question! The bottom row of this Chill Angels kalimba is the same as a standard 17 key kalimba, so 17 keys kalimba tabs will work as well! In case you want to go for another brand: I believe this principle is the same for every chromatic kalimba, but usually you can find a key lay out online so you could always double check if you're in doubt.
