    Nr 1 stretch for pain in the back.
    MSK saved my wifes life. From all day pain to feeling young again.

    Feels like my quad is going to explode when I try this. What does that signify?

      Sounds like there's a lot of tension! If it is too intense, I'd recommend a less intense thigh stretch and build up to this one. If it's tolerable, try breathing through it and/or have support for your hands like a chair. This helps deload the stretch some.

      It is a ruthless quad stretch. Try adding height to the back leg, it makes things easier. Also, hinge down through the hips to ease the tension.

    Is it risky for the knee cap?

      Hi Alan. No, it is not risky. It may be uncomfortable though. Use a pillow/towel for comfort. If it is still uncomfortable then look to less demanding hip flexor and quadricep stretches and build up to this.

      @@theMSKphysio It doesn't bother my knees..I believe it helps strengthen the knees.

    I can put my legs to wall but i cant squeez my glut should i regress first or should i just go without squezing the glut

      The answer is whatever gives you the best stretch sensation. This will change as you become 'looser' and the glute will feel more accessible. Here is an updated video of mine with some more ideas to work with - ua-cam.com/video/cZQgWswTNrw/v-deo.html

      Been having problem with my lower back and sciatica find out that bridge and some glut exercise helps
      Ill add this to my routine

      I appreciate all infos i can get
      Yeah first week was very awful cant even get out of bed it dont hurt like it used to but it really affects my life i cant sit for long but my work requires me sitting for a long period of time
      Thats what triggers it the most
      feels like i shouldnt have this at the age of 27 i feel so awful
