Nothing like good Caribbean food. Although I moved to the U.S. as a child and still here, I am glad I was born and grew up in the Caribbean. The spices, herbs, seasoning, food and flavors still come in handy today.
I`m at a similar place, trying to figure out what to do next after quitting my "dream" job, moving out of London back to my home country and into my parent`s house - having this kind of pause is seriously underrated. I know it`s a privilege and I`m grateful every single day I have the luxury to do nothing else but work on myself, read books, take walks, journal, cook and watch way too many YT videos 😄 I`m trusting the universe it will show me the way when the time is right and I wish that for you as well. Enjoy Barbados!
The pause is definitely underrated! Absolutely a privilege and it's important to stay grounded in that gratitude but I'm happy to hear you're taking this time for yourself to find clarity on what you want to do next! Wishing you all the best xx
I really like what you said about being bad at something. I have a friend who told me that once he got really good at his craft, work stopped being super exciting for him bc then he didn't know how to improve. Hearing that reframed my mindset on failure completely!
Hi Cam. This vlog made me smile. I’m Jo and you’re taking my yoga class in this video. I can’t believe I watch your UA-cam and you watched mine. Gratitude. This really made my day. I hope you enjoyed. Peace! ❤
I lovee this crossover! So grateful for your classes, they were a real foundation of my calm mornings whilst I was in Barbados and I got so much from them. Sending you love x
I was taught Atomism at school, a math-based, faith-based load of guff, I should have been taught Magnetism, the universe is fields, magnetic fields, not particle-wave duality nonsense :) I'm a lady in my 50's and discovering myself as I age.....I seem to have grown thicc'er, having been slender in my 20's, growing old is weird, but not all bad, wisdom is its own reward. My first love is books, I may have read everything haha.
This is lovely to hear! It’s beautiful that the self discovery and lessons we learn as we age are really quite endless if we stay open and receptive. I hope life is treating you well, sending love! x

strange question, but these little things are important. what is the pen you've been using?!?!
Hahaha truly the questions that matter!! I’m currently using a gel ink ballpoint from muji
But I got a uniball eye fine rollerball pen the other day and I loveee it. Left it in London though 😭
