COACH KELSEY front snap kick

Here is another online karate kicking tutorial that has been chopped and remixed into a minute long video.
We found the original video in the Action Lab database, but have no idea where it came from. It can't seem to be located on youtube, although from what is gathered in the context of the video, the blonde North American female instructor is named "Coach Kelsey" and she has great leg control
It becomes a bit of a disjointed, avant garde instructional video, but like all the videos on this channel, they are meant to be artistic rather than educational.
The famous Action Lab "Ghost Kick" method is used and refined in this video as well as freeze frames and slow zoom ins. Color saturation and contrast is also bumped up.
The original video was all done from one, locked down angle and it creates the effect of Kelsey teleporting in the space with each jump cut.
One interesting thing was discovered in the output process. The video was edited in Adobe Premiere on a 720p timeline. But during the export, it was switched to 1920x1080 and exported the video as such, without us having to change the original timeline settings. This may be common knowledge for some out there, but it will prove to be a useful hack for us in the future.
