Baja mini bike tav belt kit 64mph 1080p hd

This is my baja mini bike.I first bought a 212cc predator motor for it.Then i ordered a tav belt kit from gtc. I also put a cam with larger lobs to make it a little faster.A straight pipe.Aluminum fly wheel and 25 pound vavle springs inplace of 18 pound any questions just ask me. I clocked my baja out at 64mph with a real gun. These motors can do amazing things if you know what your doind.And they are so cheap for me i personally would take it over a dirtbike.

I just put a TAV30 on mine yesterday. It was new old stock. I got it on ebay for $110. It had a stamped metal backplate instead of the cast aluminum one. I had to join the two mounting holes that each bolt goes into to make them into slots to get it to fit. I also took off the standard 9 tooth sprocket and put a 12 tooth on. I have completely removed the governor (inside and out). I test rode it last night. It is very very fast. A bit scary actually. I am going to use my Garmin to get a speed reading tonight, I have the Predator 212 engine in mine and a regular gas tank, not the one mounted on top of the engine. The gas tank is a 1 gallon Whizzer tank.

The belt kit is usually around $200 depending on the shaft size varying from 1 inch to 3/4 or what ever it may be.clutch cover etc. I adjusted the throttle so the motor is fully opened but left the governor in.h it takes a little more If you want to reach 64mph it takes a little more let me know if you need help.

What's your gearing 8-30? Any engine mods and one last one did the gear ratio mess up the belt or springs within the converter.

You should be able to try compressing with all your body wieght

this is sick man where did you find out that stick sorings are 18lb im pretty sure there only 10lb i put 18lb in mine

well you only could stay on the gas so much cause it was to tight on the sidewalk

looks like about 35 43 max. if it was 55-65 you would've kept up with that car no problem
