How do they do Fiona in such a short time?

Fiona has a doppleganger that they replace her with for being an ogre, with some fancy lighting tricks they are able to pull it off and make the difference unnoticeable. And the movie version makes it much harder to spot the switch because of the camera work.
@@otterpops4929 yes, when Fiona say “ I can’t and runs away” the fairy tale creature come in and there is a fake Fiona coming out. But I don’t see her face since her back is facing the Audience. At that time while the fairy tale creats are “protesting” the real Fiona is backstage doing a quick change

How long does it take to get on? Cause if they ever do a Shrek 2 the Musical, it might be very difficult changing between ogre and human.
