I recall seeing you on the 4d cubing mailing list and I think the 2x2x2x2, 3x3x3x3 or melindas physical 2x2x2x2 would fit the series. I've attempted to blindsolve the 2x2x2x2 before, it's only 16 pieces but the difficulty is in figuring out 4d setup moves and keeping track of everything in 4d space. Also each Corner (4 color piece) has 12 possible orientations which is very confusing. I've been speedsolving 4d puzzles, and would be really impressed by a blind solve of any 4d puzzle as it's annoying enough to find pieces sighted.
I don’t know if you have a gear cube extreme or a david’s gear cube but if you have one can you do a no peeking video on it? Just suggestion you know...

You should try a mirror cube/mirror blocks, I also have one if you want to use it.
Is a mirror cube just a 3x3 but instead of coloured layers they are different sizes and depths?
