Who’s the builder? This was 8 months ago Are there any still available? .Is it still that price? Is that the starting price or is that the price of the model w/ all the upgrades?
Prices have definitely gone up. We contracts our new build in Melissa about 6 weeks ago. The price has risen 15K since we signed and goes up about 8 K every 10 days.

Would be nice to find a beginner home in this area for less than $250k.. Houston (sub-cities) are so much more affordable than Dallas (sub-cities) .. why?

Hi Mya. I'm glad you picked real estate as a career. There are colleges that offer college credit courses toward a degree in real estate. If you don't want to go through traditional college, there are plenty of online classes that you can take at your own pace. It should only take a few months to complete. When you pass the exam, I highly recommend you find a reputable real estate agency to join so you learn how to sell and get leads. If you have a good personality and willing to work hard, the sky is the only limit in real estate. I used my license to research and find deals for myself to invest in. During the housing crisis in 2007, I picked up a bunch of cheap houses from 2008-2010, rented them out for a while and then sold them off as a package in 2016. There's a lot of money to be made in real estate. Good luck ❤️❤️

Thank you👍👍👍That does help. Where I am here in Chicagoland it would be at least 2 percent of the sale price or value of the home but most likely higher. In my area the taxes would be somewhere around $8,000-$12,000 per year. I need to leave the Chicago area for various reasons and taxes are one of them😂😂😂
@@mxtv1258 Another reason to move to Texas is that TX does not have state income tax like Illinois. Traffic is not as bad either. Houses are great and very affordable. ❤️❤️

Looks like a spitting imagine of a Landon Home. I’ve previously built a Landon Home and I was extremely pleased. I would be shocked if this isn’t Landon. But my goodness Little Elm is so far out there. The exact same home just south in Frisco would easily be $500k plus if now more - 3 car garage and massive backyard for North Dallas standards.
Parts of Little Elm would be closer to say, DFW airport etc. than parts of Frisco. So this, based on where it actually is in Little Elm may not be that "out there" at all :).. Anyway 10 years later, we might be talking about Southern Oklahoma the same way haha!
Having grown up in Little Elm, I don’t see it as “out there” at all especially considering most of the new development has stretched well north of the city. We used to kind of be the “DFW border” and now we’re not even close to it. Downtown Dallas and Arlington are 35-40 minutes away, Fort Worth a little under an hour, the Lake Lewisville is sitting on Little Elm, and most everything in Frisco/Plano is 15-20 minutes out.
