I am strongly considering this! I had a full brick and mortar juice bar from Dec. 2016 till Oct. 2018 and then closed it. Overhead was $$$$ and not a great location. I also had a medical practice which paid the bills. I retired and I moved from TN to MS ten weeks ago, and have loads of time, a little money, and a BIG garage! Found a cheap three compartment sink today (since I sold everything) and will buy the M1 if I go thru with this! I loved the juice business, but had since I had the practice at the same time I had to pay four employees. THIS I could do solo! Thank you so much for this great idea.

I have my little wash room separate from my kitchen it already had 2 sinks and behind me I have the space for my washers which I don't have that have running cold and wa tubes. My floor is fake wood and I can cover the walls with fiber glass
