Well, it's not about Adrian want to help them or not, when an engineer leave the team, he can't particiate in anything what is contains further improvements, to eliminate the chance to bring that knowledge to the competitors, it's called gardenig period, when he stay there, but he doesn't allowed to do any important work.
It's too obvious that since they found something on the RB it's been game over! But ! What about the wins and championships ? FIA has a lot of explaining to do !

I love how in formula 1 it's almost never the driver's fault. It's always the car. If it's always the car's fault and the team's fault, it's also true that all the credit should go to the car and the team when they're winning because apparently the drivers are just robots who all perform in the same way.
It is obvious that both the manufacturers championship and the driver championship are team championships since the drivers can't even come close to doing it on their own and if their car suffers a slight performance problem, they're completely out of the race.

This is a little like Button in 2009 who was so dominant in the first part of the season. Ironically, that year, it was RB that almost caught up. I think the only thing that will save them is McLaren's unwillingness to pick a #1. If McLaren would do that, they will win both the WDC and the constructors as well. If they decide to not be decisive they for sure won't win the WDC.
True, it's mind boggling how McLaren havnt taken a firm stance and laid down the team law. I mean it's not rocket science, One of their drivers can veey possibly bring them their forst championship since 2008 - Hello!! I did like Piastri but who would have ever thought he would become an obstacle for them, and so quickl too, when they need him to be a team player most.
