Pedestrian killed in overnight hit-and-run

A person was hit by a car and killed on I-30. around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday morning near Las Vegas Trail. Witnesses tell police the victim was running toward oncoming traffic before being hit. The driver of the vehicle did not stop and instead kept driving.
