Seems like a decent thermometer. Haven't had a chance to try Chefstemp but I like the large screen that can view all 4 channels in one time.

This is a follow up on my previous comment. Chefstemp has contacted me and is sending a new unit. There customer service is very good as is there products I would highly recommend them.
