Yes, if you have ants. I prefer to make my glue with flour, sugar, salt, water and vinegar. I’ve been using it for 2 years. It dries clear. No fungus or bugs. I’ve made cardboard furniture with this glue and I’m very pleased with how strong it is. Plain sugar and water makes me nervous.
