Imagine Turf war with nergi: They both rush each other into a wrestle, Nergi overpowers Valstrax and slams him on the ground for 5% Hp, while nergi is trying to get on top, Valstrax fires his jets and takes nergi up into the sky and divebombs Nergi back to the ground for 5% of Nergi's hp.
That would be the most epic thing ever. Considering how they treated the flagships from the previous games there is a decent chance... Zinogre, Gore Magala, Seregios, Glavenus, all of them had at least one comeback...

Only in Rise/Sunbreak. In older games (i.e: prior to World) you basically never hunted Elder Dragons with any other monster on the map (or vice versa).

It goes on sale for 10-15$ sometimes so it might be better to wait until then Mind the fact that there's a bit of a learning curve to the game and the fact that there's a bit of content bloat to it, otherwise, game is fun, old Gen goodness.

Its Radahns Phase transition Attack. This is Valstraxes Special Attack meaning Valstrax does this attack multiple times during the fight. Why whould a new theme need to start every time he does it?

Volume lowers whenever it attacks, it's not scripted to attack at a certain point of the song.
