If my stomach feels good and my muscles feel fuller the product is good for me and for me producta like musclenector, Amul unflavored whey, xlr8, even zenith worked so the brands which are value for money and the brands which are in the mid range like nutrabox avvtar and the brands which are premium like naturaltein all worked fine for me.... With nakpro I had digestion issues thus its not my cup of tea....so all in all i will say if a brands formula is right and it doesn't have many excipients and the brand is ethical then it gives the same result as the premium brands
