Check out the Lasfit video, and read they’re replies to me. They say you should run the covers. They sell them (what!), yes they do. You need the 75mm covers. They are dome shaped. When you’re on the page from their link, be sure to select the size since there are several. 9.95 a pair. Sorry, I thought I left this message on your video last night, but it must be on theirs instead. Rock on!
I purchased two pairs to give my low beams more air space. It may be a waste of money, but I thought it odd these fan cooled bulbs got capped that close to the back of them.
I was not able to unfortunately since the ballast is so large. I am extremely happy with the high beams but due to the large size of the ballast I was unable to. I’ve had the high beams in for 4 months now with zero issues and most importantly no error codes.
@@davesbgrdtrck please do. I was actually on a online chat with Lasfit when you replied. Hopefully I can get my hands on them soon. Did you end up having to have a canbus anti-flicker for the high beam?
Hey Carlos sorry I just saw this comment. I just spoke with Lasfit a few days ago. They will be available on their website June 15th. Have a good weekend!

Damn I didn’t even think of that
I just got mine today. Did you put on the dust cover off camera? I see this is the official Lasfit video, please do tell. Thank you.?

@@davesbgrdtrck Are there any aftermarket covers? Lasfit says there is. Will dust get in the lens’s without the covers?
Let me see what I can do for us. Like I said I’m super happy with the brightness, but I want that sense of water not going into my headlight housing.
@@davesbgrdtrck Thank you. I’ll be watching for a message from you. I hope you find something. 😉
@@wheelstandr same here homie!
At 24 seconds when you said “push up” That connector holding the light bulb where can I find that piece holding it? & what’s it called?
What part number did you use for the high beam bulb? I can not find that one anywhere
This is a prototype for Lasfit. Should be available very soon. I will add the link in the comments once it’s available.

It was all built into the prototype I tried. No flash at all and beat of all no error light on the dash!
Looking forward to this LED. Got all the other Lasfit LEDs installed on my 2014 Passat. Hope this will be available soon.
Are these high beam bulbs still not available to the public?

Also Carlos Dogecoin is going to the moon! Just FYI.
