    coaching a women's team, a men's team, and a junior female team. I enjoy

    their full potential. My training approach is based on a balanced mix of
    technique, tactics, conditioning and teamwork. I believe that each player has
    individual strengths, and it is important to recognize and develop them.

    Question, where in the game do you ever pass the ball up to yourself and then, straight back to the player that passed to you? This is not game like. CAP III coach and official. Coach Bart

      The question is completely legitamate, it's more of a warm-up exercise instead of a game-like exercise. However, the majority of a training session should consist of game-like exercises.
