I love what Arighetti is doing and how he's developed. Leading the team with a 10 K game. THis lineup looks very different from what we expected and how it started, but these young players are bringing some spark. Salazar -- gotta keep him in the lineup w/ Diaz too. GO ASTROS!
The team blossoms beautifully without the dead weight of Abreu dragging them down!
Also without the dead weight of imploding starting pitching and without the dead weight of bullpen blowing late leads.
And the slow ASS of Martin Maldonado 🤭. The catchers we have now (all 3 of them) are becoming something special…!! They have energy, power, speed and they’re young. I think it was definitely the right move… just a baseball move that had to happen. No hard feelings Maldy. 🤷🏼♂️

This dude seems to have a high IQ for baseball…!! He’s not a power hitter that will get you home runs BUT he is an all around player and hitter that will always get on base somehow. WELL NOT always but he is a consistent hitter. He’s always eager to start every game.

For the FIRST TIME this season....we're a .500 team. Thank god.
Just incredible how this season has turned in a blink. Just proves how much of a marathon an MLB season is. Even i fell victim to being short sighted and impatient. Far from done, Mariners won today so still 4.5 back. But theyre in a real position now to compete the rest of the year

and i saw an article from Sports Illistrated today that said "Framber Valdez will be the perfect option to bolster the Cardinals Rotation". Seriously? Astros have been bad till recently but they haven[t been That bad to be for sure sellers
@seriously_america oh I've been seeing articles like that all year. Yankees are gonna trade for Kyle Tucker and Alex Bregman, Framber to the Cardinals, it's all click bait nonsense
@@imnotcreativeenoughhWhen you think about it, what the Astros are doing right now is pretty amazing given that we have an entire rotation of injured pitchers. Verlander is out right now, but will be back. Javier, Urquidy, and J.P. France need surgery and are out for the season. McCullers is in limbo, and I don't even know what's going on with Luis Garcia. Graveman is out, too. But if Framber can stay healthy, solid and lead the rotation, he will be backed up by Blanco and Arrighetti who are emerging as solid starters. And with Hunter Brown starting to look good again, that's a pretty good rotation in the meantime until Verlander gets back. Not to mention, Tucker is still injured. The bullpen started off very shaky, but I'm seeing progress there as well.
And I'm *still* hearing the bandwagon fans bitching and moaning that the season is over.
Why aren't the Rockies in the AL West? 🤔😆
