I love your WiP parades, I have watched this several times for the Longdog sampler inspiration. FlossTube rarely makes me laugh, but the comment about the little girls reproduction samplers made me giggle! You are so right! I too do not want a deceased girls, incorrect alphabet on my wall. Thank you for making such fabulous, straight talking videos. Take care.
On the blue snowflakes. A recommendation would be to put happy Christmas tot he right of the snowflakes...no frogging and I really like the snowflakes against the blue. Just a thought. Thank you for the videos you do. I love to watch them all!
Emily, I always really enjoy your updates. They are so down to earth. Life happens, and hopefully there's crossstiching too! Have a wonderful day. Hugs!~Stephanie
You enjoy working on everything else and I know it is hard once you have stitched so much but Pass her on. There will be someone that would love to stitch her. I have the same dilemma with a couple of mine. I also will be working on those to make a final decision. If I don't enjoy it goes.
Loved your WIP parade, and am vey envious of your acomplishments last year. I have retired a few starts during last year and have decided only to stitch on the projects I really love and not the ones I started on a whim. It was easier to let go than drown in a sea of project I just didn't love any more. In saying that I would pass your lady on, but please not to me ;)
Thank you for sharing your WIPs. I love all the HAEDs and want to stitch many but there is only so much I can do. I am stitching Once Upon A Fairytale by Aimee Steward super sized regular colors and am at 2.9% and plan to get it to 15% by year’s end. Cross my fingers. I love your pieces. It is amazing to see how your stitching is taking shape. You have some beautiful projects.
Aretcy have some AMAZING free charts 😉 and not too big either 😊 go have a mooch around another one I like for full coverage are cross stitch collectables and again they have some free fractal bookmarks, I'm stitching one now and I managed a GOOD chunk in November or December I showed it on my WIP parade, I love it and will be picking it up again this week as well as my sunflower cottage. Loving your projects, you managed to get some amazing progress in on some... I've started a new job just before Christmas so my stitchy time has gone way down but my mental health is way way better than it was so that's more important, I'll stitch as and when I can and do as much as I can. I look forward to seeing your projects grow through the year and don't forget to check out those websites 😉 freebies aren't buying so you're not breaking your rules 😂😂 P.s like you I'm not a sampler or a prim stitcher but I do enjoy seeing some of the stitching and how some tweak theirs but it wouldn't fit my stitching style or my house
What a fabulous wip parade. I love how much variety you have. You have such a good eye for colour. As for your Norah Corbett, I think you should pass her on. You show so much love for your other wips, you don’t want to use up your valuable time on something you just want out of the way.
Absolutely amazing parade. Very proud of your resolve with treasure hunt bookshelf. Ariel is beautiful. Dragon is wonderful You are right about the scroll frames it has put me right off stitching one piece cos they are so cumbersome. Ditch the fairy. Keep going with falling snow. Looks stunning and will still look stunning if ends up white on white.
Happy New Year Emily. Thoroughly enjoyed your WIP parade. I feel like some of your projects are like old friends. Good luck with some finishes in 2024 and remember stitch what makes you happy on the day 😊
Great wip parade, kept me interested while I was stitching. Some wip parades are monotonous but yours is very good with just enough info, a short story about some of them, and with nice pics too. Re the Nora Corbett lady, I think you should pass it on as you've obviously lost the love for it. Stay safe Emily 💕
P.s it would be a shame not to finish the lady but I agree with the above comments if you’re not feeling the love for her - Pass her on - there’s not enough time to be stitching on things you’re not enjoying ❤ xxx
Happy New Year Emily. I love watching your Flosstubes and Flossmas. Wishing you good health and prosperity for 2024. I have to say that we stitch on similar projects. I have the Kingdom of Books but haven’t started it yet and will get the Peaceful Street chart/kit sometime this year. Your FC Meditation blew my mind with the colours so I have to get that one. Then up pops the Nutcracker. I love nutcrackers to the extent that I have a 6’ nutcracker on my porch 😊. Looking forward to your next video. It’s always interesting to see which you will be in. Do you have two houses? Take care Tricia
For your Falling Snow piece, have you considered switching to a turquoise thread when you get to the white parts of the fabric? Maybe too fiddly, but would allow you to keep the progress you’ve made and the fabulous fabric. Happy New Year?
Wonderful WIP parade Emily! You have a marvelous selection of stitchy projects. I like your “stitch it for a week” plan for 2024. As for the Nora Corbett lady, if she doesnt bring you joy, give her to someone else. Happy stitching in 2024!
I love all your wips and you’ve made good progress on a lot of them 😃I would like to ufo my Pandemic but don’t feel I can as it’s kind of a piece of history 😬 x
Enjoyed! I am in USA. Renalto Parolin is so hard to get here. I tried to buy on it website but it won’t go through. In Italian! No idea what is wrong. You have enabled me to go on a buying mission!
Great video Emily, thanks for asking the time. Pass her on. You've a ton of projects you can put your time into and if your not sure what to do with her, pass her on. I think you're an amazing lady. You sound so much happier and positive than previously. Wishing you a wonderful 2024, hope all that you wish for comes to be. Stay safe and enjoy those stitches🤗
I love your public service announcements! Great to see all your WIPs today. I had similar problem to you with a variegated DMC. The Lord Libidan website breaks the variegated colours down and I used the individual colours to sort the problem. Thanks for the time you take to make these videos. All the best, Claire
I love the progress you get in on your big full coverages. I only have one mini HAED but I hardly stitched on it last year... must get it out more this year! Can I be nosy and ask why you might be moved in this time next year to your new house?
Happy new year Emily - fabulous WIP parade! I think you should pass on the Nora, but not to me as it’s one of very few I don’t like! Good call on the turquoise fabric/white stitching……UNLESS you did one of your beautiful ombre shading tricks?
Loved your WIP parade Emily (especially the Long Dogs of course 😁) I think you should finish your lady, you’ve come so far on her already, she will be beautiful ❤
Wow, there were some beauties that I had forgotten you had! We have very similar tastes, there are so many that I would love to stitch. Happy new year xx
Thanks for sharing all of your lovely projects and happy new year! I think you should pass her on rather than forcing yourself to finish if your heart's just not in it.
Really like your WIP parade. ❤ I think that the 1 over 1 for the Lavender & Lace piece is worth it. It gives a new dimension to the finished project. 😊
All your full coverages are so beautiful. Congratulations on 20% on your Treasure Hunt Book Shelf! Amazing with your busy life. I so admire you. I don't stitch samplers and alphabets really, either. I love full coverage , birds, mammals, and quirky funny pieces.
Happy New Year, Emily! I really enjoyed your wip parade and your 'stitch on it for a week' idea! I'm definitely going to borrow that 😁 Your Nora is so close to a finish, but if you're not feeling it, pass her on.
Happy New Year Emily. Loved spending the time ogling your WIPS. So many I had forgotten, that mandala is fabulous and I think I bought it after seeing yours. You know what I am missing? The knitted Long Dog sweater. That was the most amazing thing ever. (All your work is amazing). Still looking forward to your WIP number. Cheers to 2024
Happy New Year Emily! I loved watching your WIP Parade over coffee this morning. I’d say if you’ve fallen out of love, then pass her on… Every time I see your full coverage stitching I get a little closer o being brave enough to try one! BEST WISHES for a wonderful 2024! 💜
Happy New Year, Emily! I say life is too short to stitch what does not bring you joy. Pass her on! For me 2024 is the year I start my first HAED. It's a mini, but looking at it realistically I can start and finish it this year.
Super wip parade.. if something is not doing it for you anymore don’t stitch it, it will be someone’s else’s treasure hopefully. Not my thing though.. but very pretty ❤ Looking forward to seeing all your progress this coming year! Ps..who is the new flosstuber you mentioned that you watched?
Please can you share the colours you're using for your pointed fifth piece? I love it and am keen to try something similar colourist but on another Longdon. Thanks x
Happy new year Emily enjoyed your Wip parade. As for your Nora Corbett piece I would say pass her on as you don't seem to have any real interest in her, life is too short to stitch on something that doesn't bring our enjoyment. Especially when you have so many projects that you love. Happy stitching
@craftieemily323 I'm doing it on 18 count too. I wanted a really big finish, so I went for a lower count. However, that was before I found 20 count which is my go to now 😀 love that someone else is doing it. I thought I was on my own with this one 😁
I just found you and love you and your stitching. I think you should finish her but if you have lost your love for her then pass her on. For your snowflake project, what if you cut the fabric and stitched the rest in a darker color and stitched them together, there is a new project by Liz Matthew’s pumpkin where she uses two different fabrics, I am hoping that doesn’t sound stupid, I am a new stitcher so I could be way off
Happy New year i would get rid of her don't particularly live the fancy ladies you have some lovely wips though and i to am not going near H&Earth site!
Happy new year! Loved your WIP parade. There were some I hadn’t seen before. I agree, I’m not a sampler stitcher either. I also stitch with whatever color floss I want. I don’t follow the rules. lol. I’m sorry but your Nora Corbett looks like a squash! Pass her on, but not to me. 😂❤
Hi, it's a Güterman filament thread (like a fine strand of tinsel!) I just find it at a craft shop with the regular machine sewing threads. It's to slidy and thin to be pierced, so always pulls out 💖
I love your WiP parades, I have watched this several times for the Longdog sampler inspiration.
FlossTube rarely makes me laugh, but the comment about the little girls reproduction samplers made me giggle! You are so right!

Pass her on ! Life’s too short to not stitch what you love x
Love your finishes and your process on your wips. Happy stitching!
You enjoy working on everything else and I know it is hard once you have stitched so much but Pass her on. There will be someone that would love to stitch her. I have the same dilemma with a couple of mine. I also will be working on those to make a final decision. If I don't enjoy it goes.
🎉 stitch what makes you happy. ❤

Thank you for sharing your wips, a stitch is a stitch. Keep on going with the great work.🙂
Loved your WIP parade! If you aren't enjoying the lady and dont think you will regret it, pass it on.

Happy New Year 🎉 Great WIP parade Emily such a mix of different patterns and they are all so beautiful ❤ xx

Love the wip parade. The Nora Corbett l would love to finish her for you .she is beautiful 😍
Loved your wip parade, I laughed so much when you done the 9yr old accent haha. I totally agree don’t like reproduction samplers either.
I love the progress you get in on your big full coverages. I only have one mini HAED but I hardly stitched on it last year... must get it out more this year! Can I be nosy and ask why you might be moved in this time next year to your new house?
Happy New Year 🎉 I say pass it (her) on if you are questioning it. Your cross stitch is beautiful and you amaze me with your skills. 💜
Pass her on! I think she's gorgeous.
I so enjoy your attitude doing what you enjoy, So many huge projects. Wow!
I think you should finish the Nora by the way. I think once you get the purple of the wings in she will look beautiful x
What an enjoyable WIP Parade. I love the variety in your projects. ❤ Wishing you all the best in 2024. Happy New Year!

Happy new year! Loved your video! Pass on what you don’t love. Life is too short, so much lovelyness to stitch.
Happy new year, thank you love all your wipes. X pass her on😊
Happiest of New Years to you! May you have a great, successful year in all you do. Best of everything for your family!
Happy New Year! Loved your wip parade. Congratulations on reaching 20% on Treasure Hunt Bookshelf. As far as the Nora Corbet, I would pass her on.
Happy new year Emily!
Loved watching your WIP parade while stitching.
Did you put up the total number of WIPs? I missed it.
Happy New Year Emily! I loved watching your WIP Parade over coffee this morning. I’d say if you’ve fallen out of love, then pass her on… Every time I see your full coverage stitching I get a little closer o being brave enough to try one! BEST WISHES for a wonderful 2024! 💜
Woohoo loved watching your WIP parade this morning!! Desperate to know the total number of WIPs though unless I missed it?! ❤ xxx
Happy New Year, Emily! I say life is too short to stitch what does not bring you joy. Pass her on! For me 2024 is the year I start my first HAED. It's a mini, but looking at it realistically I can start and finish it this year.
Happy New Year Emily. We have completely different stitching styles, but I still love your videos. I hope 2024 is good to you.

Happy New Year! 🎉
I think you should finish the lady you have done so much already
Finish it.
If you don’t like stitching her, pass her on ❤
Happy new year Emily enjoyed your Wip parade. As for your Nora Corbett piece I would say pass her on as you don't seem to have any real interest in her, life is too short to stitch on something that doesn't bring our enjoyment. Especially when you have so many projects that you love. Happy stitching
Hello darling, I didn't realise you were doing Bountiful Bookshelf too!!! It looks amazing!! What stitch count are you doing that on? Xx😊
I'm doing on 18 count, sadly started it before I learned about max colour, but I still adore the pattern! 💖
@craftieemily323 I'm doing it on 18 count too. I wanted a really big finish, so I went for a lower count. However, that was before I found 20 count which is my go to now 😀 love that someone else is doing it. I thought I was on my own with this one 😁

Happy New year i would get rid of her don't particularly live the fancy ladies you have some lovely wips though and i to am not going near H&Earth site!
I also don't have the tiniest interest in stitching reproduction samplers.
How many wips do you have?
Happy new year! Loved your WIP parade. There were some I hadn’t seen before. I agree, I’m not a sampler stitcher either. I also stitch with whatever color floss I want. I don’t follow the rules. lol. I’m sorry but your Nora Corbett looks like a squash! Pass her on, but not to me. 😂❤
You have probably said in other videos …. What thread do you use for gridding? Or if anyone else can answer?
Hi, it's a Güterman filament thread (like a fine strand of tinsel!) I just find it at a craft shop with the regular machine sewing threads. It's to slidy and thin to be pierced, so always pulls out 💖
Did you already UFO'd or passed on the Nantucket Rose by Lavender and Lace?
Alphabets are a no from me too.
Finish nora corbett design.
If stitching the Nora Corbett doesn't bring you joy I think you should pay it forward to someone else.
you keep saying how beautiful the Nora Corbet lady is, so finish her 😀
