11:35 idk if you have them in the UK, but over here we have "tortilla wraps" made out of 50% (more or less) vegtables which also gives them the flavor of it (spinach, carrot, beetroot). I think if you do those chips with these vegtable wraps and also add some salt to them after baking, they would be banger low calorie snacks.

Regarding the tea bag whisk hack, you can also do it with coffee as there’s such things as coffee bags. My dad tried them a couple of years ago when our local shop didn’t have any of the coffee he normally buys (during the pandemic). He said they are okay as a “emergency” but not the best either. I think it depends on the brand though.

the corn toasting on the toaster reminded me of the grilled cheese toaster fires, and of the hotdogs and sausages on the toaster oven with the rollers on top blowing the fuses in the house.
Re shredding hot chicken with the mixer. Use a paper plate as a guard to stop ingredients from escaping the bowl. Poke holes in the plate, then insert the beaters through the holes and attach to the mixer body. The plate covers the bowl while allowing the beaters to spin.

Eggs get their distinctive texture from their protein content. A quick search says eggs have around 27 g/cup of protein, meanwhile diced aubergine/eggplant has 0.8 g/cup. So yeah, eggplant makes a much better substitute for potato than eggs.

I use my Kitchen Aid mixer with the paddle attachment to shred cooked chicken and it works really well

Try keeping the whole corn together and cook in the green part. Saw someone grill them that way the other day. It locks in moisture.
