Perhaps I exaggerated a bit😁, it must be shorter than تعخیر، however, there is a short pause there, another example is تاثیر , it must be an arabic pronounciation , because such words are 100% arabic. (loan words)

Hello, I will try to answer.. ع (ain) is like an English "a" (as in "hat") but originally, in Arabic, it has a guttural "stop", as if the speaker was choking on something. In Persian however they often don't bother with the guttural stop. It can also make the sound "e" (like in "eso", in Spanish), like when you say "عیب نداره" (= eib nadore, = "no problem"). غ (ghain) makes a sound like a French r as in "ruisseau". Hope that helps.
