- If Best Part by Daniel Caesar (feat. HER) was a Christian worship song (w/ lyrics).
I try to be careful of what songs I listen to and sing, because I don't want to feed my mind with just anything. But that doesn't mean I exclusively don't listen to secular music, because the truth is that there is so much excellent music out there which I still believe is God's work. I really believe that every love story and love song is an echo of the greatest love story between us and God, and so I personally think it is possible to sing these beautiful melodies back to Him.
It's my hope that this version of the song can give my brothers and sisters an opportunity and a safe space to worship God in a new and personal way.
