I love the mouth-feel of fresh gnocchi
Let me reiterate the word “Fresh”
Because that’s the biggest game changer …

The first time I made it from scratch was 12 years ago ..
And I make it once in a blue moon ..
Because I love it so much , I feel I cannot make it common to my palate..
I know this may sound weird …
