Good advice Blake. One of the best things about getting to 10 or more hives is to not sweat so much over the weak ones and having the resources to help them if you want to.
I have had the same problem during my history with bees. I would try to find out why they were weak. If the queen was old, I would pinch her, then give the combs to several other colonies. Then make splits in the spring.

How do you get around 30,000 hives?
Well...that's a long story.:) But it started with a few hives, lots of splits, and growing over 22 years.:)
