So when you do this method, you do not use shampoo. I want to use this method to help with dandruff/itchy scalp(I usually use head & shoulder shampoo).
Idk who needs to but: I have mixed textured (3c-4b hair) high porosity hair. First, this women is putting a lot of acv in that bottle. Acv is strong. I used a fraction of what she used, but because my bottle wasn't as yellow I added a bit more(still not as much as her) and my hair that was so soft just turned into a hard and webby mess.... I guess I'll be deep conditioning twice today because for me, this was a hard pass. I've never been the type to follow the DIY natural hair community. I've always just looked for products that do what they're aiming to do in their DIYs and I'll just be sticking with that method cause damn... my soft plushy fro just turned into a whole mess....
Heyaa I guess it’s not for everyone! But I mentioned in the video to NOT use the same amount of ACV I used. I choose to use a strong mixture as I’ve been doing this every wash day for over a year, when I started out I used the smallest amount of ACV so definitely use less than I do xx
Update: I put my leave in, in and avoided my hair, and now it's back to normal more or less. It felt really weird earlier but now it's feeling a lot more normal. Maybe I freaked out, but my hair is doing better and all I did was put in a leave in and leave it alone for a few hours.
This video recommends 1tbsp with 16oz of water ua-cam.com/video/dbxXJgnAaKw/v-deo.html . Another dr said 1tbsp & 8oz of water ua-cam.com/video/udebdKvmZ3Y/v-deo.html. So, I will try this with only 1tbsp or 2tbsp or 3. On google it says 2-4 tbsp is safe no more than that.
Also, avocados can smooth the cuticle. Garnier fructis avocado mask is a great hair mask. I love it and it’s affordable. I just started using it so I might not need to use the ACV, but I’m still going to try it for its benefits
I just tried the ACV after my DC and it was a game changer for meeeeee! Thank you so much!!!
Aww thank you! So glad it helped you’ll really see the long term benefits! Xxx

Hi is there any ACV mix that you can use daily that is safe?
Have you tried combining this with the max hydration method?
Hey girlll no I haven’t - I do my own version of the MHM that I need to film soon it’s very similar just doesn’t use Clay and no yoghurt xx
Do you apply a conditioner after rinsing out the ACV?
Yes I apply a DC and regular conditioner I’ve slightly changed how I use it from this video x
Do you rinse the ACV out after applying?
Yes I do, leave in for about 5 minutes then rinse
Great video! I learned a lot. Thank you for sharing! 🙂
Thank you!🤍🤍
So an ACV rinse can essentially replace a clarifying shampoo on your deep wash days?? If I’m understanding correctly?
@@collinevans6277 yes it leaves your hair squeaky clean without stripping (I still use shampoo tho because I love them)😅
Can you share the link to your plant ?
Should definitely mention to rinse the the ACV out after a few minute of leave in
Can’t believe I forgot that part 😭 absolutely needs to be rinsed out guys don’t leave it in!xx
@@naturalnadinee
