      @@nai1729 i mean the progress and the time it takes to see actual results, is different for every body. it always varies and depends on many different factors as well, but in the end what matters is, that you see progress and results so that your work pays off

    im gonna do this everyday for one week and im gonna be completely honest. like so i don’t give up lmao
    day 1: my face feels really tight
    day 2: done, it was easier to do them this time.(i am seeing a little bit difference but idk if it’s really a difference or it’s just my mind telling me it’s a difference lol)
    day 3: doneee, i see more difference than yesterday :D
    day 4: done, i see the same difference as yesterday
    day 5:done, idk why but my “jawline” looks always better at night 😭
    day 6: done ✅
    day 7: done.
    i dont see a really BIG difference but i see the difference even if its just a small difference yk. but i’ve been doing this for just one week and im sure if i keep doing it for more time it will do some changes. :)))

    I did this video + 3 others (chubby face, jawline and chubby chicks) for month every single day (I had only 2 rest days). It took me about 20-25 mins everyday and I cant describe how happy Im. Anna Veronika saved my life and I totally recommend her videos. I see a changes in my face, I feel really more confident and also my friends that didnt know that Im doing face joga, noticed that my face looks little bit different. :) Im so so thankful and I will definitely continue with these workouts.

    Okay so I’m going to do this 3 times a day starting now
    Day 1: I just finished doing this 3 times. I wouldn’t say I see a difference just yet, but I feel it tightening. See you tomorrow:)
    Day 2: I just finished. Yes I did it 3 times. I see a small difference which is good. I feel really motivated so I’ll see you tomorrow:)
    Day 3: I was a bit sleepy today but I still did it 3 times. I feel my face tightening and I know I lost a little tiny bit of my double chin. See you tomorrow:)
    Day 4: I just finished. Sorry to let you guys down but, I only did it 2 times today cause it’s late and I was kinda busy today. Before starting this workout I took before and after pictures. I see a pretty good difference for doing this 4 days. See you tomorrow and I WILL do it 3 times tomorrow! :)

    hey guys ive been following this video for a couple months now and ive been told my face and chin area look very slimmer, so this video is very helpful. make sure you are constant with these excersises because i took a break from this video for like a month and my face wasn't how I wanted it to be, so i went back to this video. doing this video until your face is super tight is reccomended.

    I done this for 2 days, and I am seeing a great result! Though it is little, I'm so happy to have found this, I hope I can have more visible results when I continue to do this. I'm doing this when I wake up, before going to sleep and somewhere in the middle of the day.

    I’ll try my best to update but I can’t promise anything! I do this in the morning and sometimes I don’t wake up!
    Day 1: My jaw feels tight and the looking down part of some exercises actually kinda hurt (but that’s cuz all my back and shoulder muscles were tense from boxing class) I’ll try and redo it tomorrow morning! But tomorrow, we don’t have school so I probably won’t wake up as early. I might do it throughout the day but it’ll mostly be back at home
    Week 1: I’ve done the exercise about 3 times this week and I can already kinda see a difference. I can see a small shadow under my cheekbones which means my cheek fat is going away. I also seem to have a more defined jawline too!

    So , At the very 1st time I thought I'm not gonna share my experience ! (Idk why 😂)
    But after just doing for 4 days, I definitely can see a difference already !
    I'm doing 4 video exercise together !
    So here is my experience, and I'll share everyday -
    Day 1: done ✅
    Day2: done ✅
    Day 3: Done ✅ (and I can see some very small lines below my cheekbones ❤️ which is great right!?)
    Day 4: Done ✅ (my chubby cheeks always became little slimmer than before 🙄)
    Day 5: done ✅
    Day 6: skip ❌

    I'm normally pretty good with habits so I'll try do to this everyday alongside my regular yoga! I will update and the end of every week if I see any changes.
    Week 1 - I can see a difference! Mainly in my neck and just below my face. My double chin is a bit smaller, but very much still visible. It feels nice to stretch the face, I do this in between lectures now that we're all studying from home. On to week 2!

    Week 2 - After finishing week 2 I find my jawline is more defined and my double chin is slowly getting smaller. I mainly see it in my jawline, but it looks good. I really wish I would have taken a before picture.

      @@selin8446 Tomorrow will be my last day of doing this for 4 weeks straight. I think it does help, especially around your jawline and neck. The double chin literally under my chin is still there, but a bit smaller. Posture is something I learnt is super important!

    I was very insecure about my double chin, and not long ago I did this workout for a week and I got results!! I have a visible jawline and my double chin is almost gone!! When I was doing this, I was unable to finish it, so my goal is to do this for 2 weeks and hopefully slightly get rid of my double chin or get a sharp jawline! (Remember, you need to be consistent, when you get the results you want, don't stop because it can easily go away!)

    Day 2: It feels the same as yesterday though.

    Day3 {20.12.20}:✔ (today when I woke up I felt a little bit firmness on the left side of my neck but it wasn't hard to do the exercises.)
    Day4 {21.12.20}:✔ (today I felt the firmness o my neck during the exercise but it wasn't painful and I think I'm starting to see some progress)
    Day5 {22.12.20}:✔ (today was very easy)
    Day6 {23.12.20}:✔
    Day7 {24.12.20}:✔ (I wasn't expecting the chewing exercise to work but -with the help of chewing gum throughout the day- it works actually.)
    Day8 {25.12.20}:✔ (I've started to do the exercises with some soft background music and I also burn incense. This way I turned these exercises into a meditation session. I definitely recommend it)
    Day9 {26.12.20}:✔ (CHEW GUM! It helps the process sooo much. But chew the ones with no-flavour. Otherwise, sugar can rot your teeth.)

    One month is done! I've done both this and her "firm jawline and neck" exercise video every day. These exercises really helped me to define my jawline and firm my neck. I 100% recommend this to you all. The key is NOT to give up! You have to do it every day without any exceptions. It only takes like 5-7 minutes to do when you memorise the exercises. I'll continue to do the exercises on my own. Hope my updates helped you. Love xx
