Also in 2002, a lawyer affiliated with the case stated: "This (case) has had a long history and it probably should have died when Sam Sheppard died in 1970," Mason said. Terry Gilbert, the Sheppard family lawyer, agreed. "You hate to ever say it's the absolute end, but it looks that way," Gilbert said. "There are no further legal remedies or appeals available. The attacker then attacks----but does not kill----the big strapping guy, who poses the greatest risk to the intruder. The doctor in fact gets knocked unconscious. Problem is, if you get knocked unconscios, it tends to erase immediate memory. The doctor is *not* overkilled. And later on, it turns out the doctor was cheating on the wife.
This story fits Shepperd. It also fits Dr. Glenn Wolsieffer, and Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald.
Not too impressed with the hearsay of the two other handymen. That's all it is. Their word, plus a few drops of blood.
48:06 Nasty man...
Thumbed down for commercials. Reported for having way to many commercials.
Google how to circumvent that. You can
The sorry good for nothing wife should have been prosecuted for her husband's murder too. No way he was shot (they speculated on his couch) and she not know. Then acted angry he left her, smearing his reputation. Trash
25:10 That woman's hair!!!
I seem to be seeing a lot of these shows where guys are railroaded. Prosecutors and cops should be held accountable
Keystone cops or what lol
Keystone Kops without the light humor. 😡
Never Assume,
Bexar county, Texas is pronounced Bear county, Texas
146 dislikes?! Must be some of these people who they haven't caught...yet. I once worked with a fellow who spent 14 yrs in jail for a murder he didn't commit. It was under the Julie Annie administration. The prosecutor had testimony from an off duty policeman placing the man 10 miles AWAY from the crime at the time of the murder and it was suppressed. There's a lot more of that going on than we should be comfortable with.
They really did Dr Shepard and his son wrong. The boy had to grow up without both of his parents. There was a show on in the 70's called The Fugitive played by David Janssen. It was a good show.
Oh, I guess the show aired in the 60's. I just watched it in the 70's.
38:14 Walter Scott the cheater
Beware the Cheater 😜
There are Forensic Files episodes dealing with Walter Notheis [The Cheater] and Martin Frias's case [Shot in the Dark] [?] if I'm not mistaken.
Twilight Zone?
Hey
👍👍
This is a very poorly written episode about a horrible miscarriage of justice.
