The step daughter had motive for her step father's death, she poisons him, he dies.. Her mother would inherit everything.. The mother goes to prison the daughters would get the house, money etc.
I don't think the mother would be allowed to inherit...
@@RedFlyingFox007 i think they mean that by framing the Mom she would have bypassed the inheritance and the daughter would have been next of kin and gotten the inheritance instead.
@@SjofnBM1989 The will would be voided once he was poisoned, so she would get nothing.
Unless he specified his step daughter as a secondary beneficiary, she would not inherit a thing from the step father.
@@SjofnBM1989 Unless he specified his step daughter as his secondary beneficiary, she wouldn't collect.
Anyone notice how not wearing protective clothing these people are?
It was the 90s things were very fast and loose with PPE
Especially around the NUCLEAR REACTOR??? Good grief.
The good old days when only your friends would kill you.
Well you can’t catch arsenic poisoning
It is a cautionary tale for the elderly and those alone.
Where the heck in the boondocks is this? Since when do you close a case before all info is gathered and reviewed? I take it back! The forensic people proved their weight in gold!!
Poisoning is a horrible way to kill it destroys everything slowly and painfully and most poisoning is usually done gradually until the murderer goes to the extreme
Everyone should have such good neighbors. Bless him
Goodness, that yellow brick of the TAMU College Station campus is in this. I knew it was old but it feels weird to see it on a tv show!
I 've been watching whole episodes through this lock down .Don't know why but I feel that I should join police .
Of course.. MONEY
Monique van Leeuwen I am a retired psychiatric nurse, one of our psychiatrists used to say that money, sex and religion were the root of 99% of mental illnesses. We disagreed about the religion as I see it as a protective factor as well as a potential vulnerability. Take care.
@@eilissmith8591 In that case money and sex/romance are also protective factors as having them generally increases your satisfaction in life if they're going well.
@@eilissmith8591 that psychiatrist needs to be fired then.
Thanks for sharing
What was the Tylenol laced with?
God bless good police officers. How much we need them.
Alway just plain old greed.
Danke für das hochladen sehr interessant
I love the detectives face. So kind looking.
1988- Texas- An elderly couple fell sick and the husband Olgie Noble died soon. He and her wife, Linda Noble had argued a lot and soon she too fell sick and was taken to hospital and she had arsenic in her body. A Timothy Scoggin, a friendly helper became a suspect.
Ahh the old murder insurance policy ☝️😌
It has happened so much.
Great series!
But the back-ground music are, (in between) ...way to high to stay in the background. It is uncomfortable , i have to adjust the sound nonstop.
I agree, that was my biggest problem watching forensic files 😭 weirdly, true crime gets so boring and the narrators voice is calming, so it usually puts me to sleep lol but the music is it’s only downfall, I don’t know why the audio is louder than the narrator sometimes 😔
This Texas Ranger is one handsome man...WOW!
😂
I agree but he smiles when I don't think it's anything to smile about. Just saying but he is one good looking fella
He does look good for his age (no homo)
Oh and the tactic is using trust as a weapons delivery system.
What are you going to do? You have to trust someone. My God....
@@kionamcnutt8630I'm going to write a book. And I trust plenty of people just not passive aggressive ones.
Why they praising the neighbors and forensics while Norma gets no credit like she didn’t basically condemn her mother
This is a really good story
Thank u for yr channel luv it
32:24 she died 2 years after she got convicted , btw 25,000$ was a big money in 1980's
Sad most deaths don’t get looked into like these.
Why didn't she call the police when she saw her mother putting gas or antifreeze in his drink and instead waited for him to die
Greedy people really have short sighted views on life. How long did David think 300K was gonna last?
8:14
Excuse me what kind of contamination are you looking for 😂
This is y i sometimes say money is the ruit of all evil.
It is. The bible even says so
indicakitty, no, it doesn’t. The Bible says “the love of money is the root of all evil.”
꧁Flair꧂ 226, given your spelling, it is probably wiser for you to say it than to write or type it.
That is like olden times
inkyguy : Ruit?
Poison Mind: The True Story of the Mensa Murderer and the Policewoman Who Risked Her Life to Bring Him to Justice by Good and Goreck. The husband of a cardiologist poisoned his neighbors, teenagers and their mom, because they were playing rock music too loud. He had slipped in their back door, grabbed a six-pack of Coke or Pepsi, poured poison into each bottle and recapped the bottles, returning the drinks to the neighbor's house. The poison was a medicine used by cardiologists.
I remember.............Lord have mercy....
For $25k?!
People have killed for less.....
That amount of money in 1982 went much farther than today. The average new car sold for 7k dollars then. You could also buy a decent house for 35 thousand. Minimum wage was approx $3.10 in Missouri at the time.
Why didn't Norma call the police before he died.. if she liked him and was willing to tattle tale on her murderous mother... so sad.
I am already in fourth stage of kidney failure so when I die I hope this helps the future victim to be able to get
Who goes riding BAREFOOT?!?
I owned a horse and went bare back and barefoot all the time.Guess you've never owned a horse or you wouldn't ask that question.
@@mazieg7072 Well, it was just a guess, wasn't it? I've raised and trained horses for about 45 years now. But the level of riding I do would make riding barefoot look ridiculous. Happy trails, Mazie!
Remember to hunt down and destroy murderers as you would any predators. Zero tolerance.
Gene Galusha .... I believe, was the narrator. Sadly, he passed away in 2008.
And .... never disclose your life insurance to spouses/family members! Not in the US, it seems.
When I see a step/ mom or dad / dad with his stepchild/child or a teen helping a elderly loved one I'm so scared to compliment to them, because of how sinister and heartless some humans are , why can't evil people harm each other?? I can live with that, however I realise that a house divided against it self can't stand, and that's the real plan to make good people become either victims,or full of hate from the circumstances surrounding losing a loved one. Just be careful out there.
I was at the point of listening to the story of the poor lady who supposedly fell from her horse. They were talking about testing for poisons and it perfectly morphed into an ad for Australian mining. This guy was talking to another guy in a lab and he was testing this and testing that from surrounding soil. Took me quite a few secs to realise it must be an ad. Not funny I know but quite ironic. That poor young woman, she must have been terrified. How can people be so cruel. 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Love how in the story of the horseback riders, the woman’s dad is like the same age as the her husband but with a fake hunch and crappy old people makeup, and the farmer neighbor, the actor one not the real one, basically could be Arthur from Red Dead 2’s skinny twin
Thank you jesus from new Zealand island s
And there is NO PERFECT CRIME!!
Husband should have stayed single instead of taking on this Black Widow n her two kids,RIP Roy Allen♥️
Cruel acts but 👍 DNA😉
Tina cambel Mary Louise. Hudie. Can they. Be caught
Just in case it bothered you what's written on toxicologist's cup: "Bold men don't waste their hormones growing hair " :-)
😂😂😂😂
When so many different doctors can’t diagnose anything and the patient keeps getting sicker, why is it that not one of the doctors thinks to test for arsenic or other poisoning? It’s only after the person is dead.
just curious: where did Shannon's shoes go?
45:29 ahahah the mug, bald men dont waste their hormones growing hair! Knowing chemistry and all that stress 😂 been there done that
Never ever drink after someone with an open container.
sigh the greatest poisoners are all gone now
There's still Monsanto. 👍
For me, they are not noisy neighbours but alert neighbour.
