I had to do a repair on a t10 and found the exact same problem with the puston being wider. After a bit of research I found info saying the cyma fmr piston was a very close fit compared to shs, zci and nuprol fmr pistons.
In my Gen1 PDW, OE 18:1's and WARFET1.1, trigger wired; with the addition of the WARHEAD Base 27k, the system slightly over spins to give pre-cock. This is with pre-cock turned off. If I apply active brake it cancels the overspin within /ms of the cut-off tripping. Stopping the sector before it even touches the rack. I like this improper matching of components.
Has there been any updates to the performance/ capabilities of the esc such as pmw, compatibility with ab, rof control, or anything useful besides reinforced tabs?
I’ve got a question. I recently brought a G&G cm16 wild hog, took it to my local field and the fucker was firing at 400fps even though the company said it was 330. I then took it to my local airsoft shop and they said they can’t change the spring because the tech guys on leave till after new years and is still backed up for months. I was looking at doing it myself but I’ve never taken apart an AEG Before. Got any tips?
Is there any certain springs which are recommended for AEG or can it depend? I'm currently using a Guarder SP85 spring for my high-speed build but I think it sounds too springy even with pre-cocking similar to how the second gun sounded in the video before you switched the spring. I'm thinking I can fix the sound by getting a longer spring with similar power but not sure where to look.
i just ordered with friend some warheads, they failed to deliver 1/3 motors and on my they didn´t remove the metal thats build up from threading in the gear nut. so it doesn´t fit on the shaft. i know i can remove it myself, but for a 107€ product i expect alot more qualitycontrol. And they are all still wired versions.
Question, i have a cyma Aks74u, I've put a gas tube rail on it, a little knock off aim point and put a washer of the back of Durafly Spitfire motor on the hopup slider thingy screw, basically I've tryed too make a replica of Brandon Herrera's AKS74U, the rest is bog standard cyma. My question , is it worth me doing anything to it or should i just leave it alone?
I know supply chains are wrecked, but I had a kwa mod 2, metal rack piston, and a mosfet. I loved it. I thought kwa was making a m10 and q10. 2.5 plus are meant to take a gate titan, and it took 2 seconds to put in. Kwa, switch life fuse, I think I remember sucks. It just blows and heats the battery, not the motor. So you have to get a mosfet. I liked the kwa direction it was going, but these are crap.
Never heard anyone annunciate the L in solder before. Luke BTW if i have anything you want for trade i can always and easily plasti dip what ever you want in orange so it wont be messed with during shipping. You can easily peel it right off,but to customs it’ll look completely permanent and irreversible! I’m into old school WA GBBP and GBBR!
Finally someone else who hates how the wires get stripped from the buffer tube of these rifs!! I've been a twat and sliced signal wires for the mosfet on my recon twice now!!
Got a new Rocket 2022 motor for my Eve-4 but the techs I was talking to said I shouldn't install it because the KWA's have issues with aftermarket motors. did this Eve you put the new motor into end up having any problems?
Yes actually. The pinion is smaller on a kwa motor & in most cases, the kwa drops mad power on 11.1v as the tappet & nozzle are not only proprietary but also wank.
@@NegativeAirsoftTech I was told a new motor would work as long as I get stronger gears and piston. But you're saying they are not compatible for the above reasons. Do you think it's even worth trying to replace the stock eve-4 motor?
Yeah, The bit on the back is supposed to be the variable fps thing for their 2.5 gear box. they give you an allen key to adjust it. i like it in theory, but the fact that its shredding battery cables is worrisome.

As a person that identifies as a hammer the beefy esc is something that makes me quite happy.
"they told me not to do a destruction test, but I don't listen."

Those PTS EPS stocks are amazeballs... battery space for days, and room for your Skittles, too!!
You can use the ‘blue’ thread-lock that is much easier to remove if required.

Would a standard V2 gearbox fit/work in an Eve-4?

I've recently been intruiged by your choice of background music - any chance of a playlist, or even a clue? Especially around the 17 minute mark :)

Cyma aks are solid if their vfc clones so definitely worth upgrading g if yiu like the externals.
i have an original KWA/PTS RM4 ERG and finding a reliable tech to work on it is so difficult.
Lucky. In the US their still selling them with the wire connectors that rip off. I have had to solder them direct to wires.
Any suggestions on a reliable semi auto rifle. That doesn't have to stripped down every other week to get a steady performance?
an airsoft AEG semi auto
What hop rubber did u put on?

What's the name of the DOOM-esque music?
I just bought one today, have they improved on the internals since this video came out?.
The KWA are a pain in the arse.
What spring are you using to get the 0.99 joule? I've tried a few brands and they are either under or over. I know it depends on the set up.
Have you tried using the FPS adjuster in the spring guide

everyone outside of the US pronounces the L :)
These springs are adjustable so you shoulnt have to swap right away.
Those stock KWA pistons are what seem to fail. :/ It's a cheap fix though luckily. That is such a cool gun though! I like the Eve series.
what piston would u get?
Can we get a "not snot" patch??

Quick question, would it be possible a simple fix by making a little channel with a dremel? Or isnt there any room for it?

For a lot of guns just getting a warhead is probably a better idea than getting a mosfet and good motor

52rps constant with a warhead motor, zero overspin. 72rps killed the 8mm bearings. Overspins not an issue with them.
