-world's first water metro also try the land metro
-Kerala is a major football hub and has got featured in FIFA channel
-Athirapally waterfalls ('Niagara falls of South India')

Keralas potential is high all resources are there.Eventhough it has got no exciting places or thrills people its the culture and life style i like most.
But the problem with tourism is as they kept tourism as a natural phenomenon and they think they had these beautiful scapes.
By thinking so its stops the creativity and development of a country or state.
Simply think, i have enough, and nothing to do more.
Its the problem of tourism...
May be kerala realises this soon.
Things like cleaning rivers, cleaning beaches, waste management, cleanliness etc. Is a must to do things in tourism, Natural and nature makes no sense there.

Also kerala is one of the cleanest states in India. Even a local cannot finish experiencing everything the state has to offer in their lifetime. Might not be perfect, but definitely in the top in terms of tourism in India. Best in terms of literacy, health index, low poverty rate- so you might have your opinion. The facts are something else though
